History

Established in 2011.

Keeping with the prior tradition started by the landmark Billies,

the bar was completely remodeled from the studs in 2011. The new owner decided to change the name in honor of one of Billies most beloved patrons, Mike Capehart (Kippy). Kippy passed away unexpectedly, but will always be remembered at the establishment that now bears his nickname.
