Arnold Weitz and Company was founded in 1992. Today the firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc. a New York Stock Exchange-listed firm. Arnold Weitz, a veteran of the investment business with more than 40 years of portfolio management experience, serves as the company’s Chairman and President. Tiffany Polifka, a University of Nebraska alumnus, has been with Arnold Weitz and Company since 2007 as a financial advisor and office manager.
