First and foremost, let me say that I let myself get screwed over by these people. They misled me into believing that my tires were in bad condition, convinced me that I needed new ones and then bent me over on the price. They more than doubled the price on the tires and then charged me $ 170 to remove three lug nuts and $ 40 to remove my spare tire. I was in the process of moving from the East Coast to California and, by the time they got done having their way with me, I was in such a rush to get the hell out of there that I didn’t even bother to check the invoice. Big, big mistake. I’m sure after I left that they had a good, long laugh at my expense. Well, after screwing me for as much as they did, they could afford it. I let much of this go as an expensive lesson learned. Well, when the crappy tires they sold me wore out early, I had to replace them. The installers(Firestone in Stockton, CA … great people) confirmed another lie they told me intentionally to sell me more tires. Enough is enough. I just wish I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you’re ever stuck in Elko and need tires, go somewhere else. I think there’s a Wal-Mart or even a Goodyear(which is just down the street). I would like to say that, next time I’m in Elko, I will not avoid these guys. I won’t give them my business ever again but I won’t avoid them. The next time I’m in Elko, I’m going to drive by just so I can honk at them and flip them off. This place, in my opinion, is just a scam factory.
