Hands down best service! Great pricing and even a 5% discount if you check in on Facebook and show them! I’ve had to go in a few times and ask for help with stuff I didn’t understand or needed some help with and everyone there has always been so helpful. They’ve taken time out of their busy day to help me understand and learn something that otherwise I would have struggled to figure it out. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Look… I’m all about supporting a small business, but sometimes they shoot themselves in the foot by making dumb decisions. Case in point: 4TEN Vape Shop. Last night I went in there and bought a new mod and a tank. I didn’t know for sure how I felt about the mod(itself) and I expressed my concern about it to the attendant(Co-Co). I specifically asked before making the purchase, «What is your return policy?» «You can bring it back within seven days.» «You sure?» «Yeah. Just keep your receipt, man.» No signs on the wall saying«All purchases are final.» Nothing anywhere, on any surface, indicating that Co-Co might be wrong. I paid ~$ 54 for a KangerTech KBOX70. I got it home and learned a few things I didn’t like. Example: It requires a different charger than most mods, which it didn’t come with. Also, the buttons weren’t particularly sturdy, or comfortable. It just felt weird in my hand, you know? Anyway, I boxed it back up and brought it back to the store the next day(with my receipt.) Not a scratch on it, nor on the packaging. Co-Co wasn’t there. I asked the new attendant(curly mustache dude… seemed like a good guy) if he would accept my return. He texted«the boss» and came back with an NO! «No returns unless there’s something wrong with it.» I told him the full story. I even explained I would be willing to accept store credit. No good. He wouldn’t budge. Now I’m going to be morally opposed to ever shopping there, again. To the owner, if he ever reads this… Bro, what are you thinking? I spend more money in your shop each month on juice than this mod costs! You just lost $ 50-$ 80 per month from a satisfied customer. You kept my $ 54, but you lost the $ 600 you would have made(at a minimum) over the next year! That’s not even counting the business I’m going to direct away from your shop as a result of this review, and word-of-mouth. Unwise. I didn’t try to return the tank, after sticking it in my mouth(like some filthy hillbilly). I brought back an electronic device that wasn’t to my liking after YOUROWN employee told me I could, as a condition of the sale. Keep it up and you won’t be in business long. Your employees will be out looking for work, and you’ll be trying to figure out how to keep up with the debt you’ve racked up. To everyone else reading this… Consider yourselves warned. Great service? Trustworthy? Think about what you’re putting into your body when you buy house-made juice. If he doesn’t think far enough ahead to do the smart thing in my situation, why would you feel safe thinking this business would do the right thing in others?
