Business Owner

Mr. Barnes received both his BA and JD from the University of Baltimore and has been a practicing trial attorney in Cecil County for over 40 years. He completed his Juris Doctorate in 1973 and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1974. He has also been admitted to practice in the 8^th Judicial Court Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, the Maryland Court of Appeals, the United States Federal and District Courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
