I gave them a try when they first opened The experience was terrible… Way too overpriced, small food portions like appetizers Over priced drinks with little to no alcohol in them and we waited an hour and fifteen min for our food So I decided to give them another try the other week thinking maybe they could redeem themselves… Boy was I wrong My daughter got the shrimp Po boy I got the fish tacos… Everything that was fried tasted bitter the only thing you could taste was the batter not the shrimp or the onion in the onion rings The Long Island ice tea I got was way too sweet it was warm and I don’t think they even put alcohol in it:-/ The fish in my fish tacos were not fresh def frozen or something The menu is just all over the place The only thing I like about it was the atmosphere and the cleanliness

If you get to the bar before Brooke arrives you should be ok. Otherwise you have to flag down every tender with a large red blanket or otherwise stand ignored like the rest of us. Tip your conscience and if u tip Brooke at all, you must either be a regular or a friend(Amy). Otherwise a fine restaurant/bar. Atmosphere is nice and beachy. Lots of TVs around the bar. Food is prepared quickly and well. Maryland fries are awesome! Good selection of beers on tap. Dining room and bar area are nice and open. No bumping elbows with the table next to you. An overall decent experience despite my trouble at the bar. It takes more than a poor bartender to ruin a good restaurant. I’ll be back. It was that good. Update: within minutes of my posting, John, the manager came to me and discussed my review. While there was no recompense, I didn’t really expect any. I did however receive a scathing comment from Amy F within minutes also, that I can only assume is either a dear friend of brooke or brooke herself because there are no postings good or bad from Amy F other than the comment to me. There is a reason it is called the service industry and I think that some have forgotten that and assumed a gimme mentality. Kudos to John for staying on top of the game.

The wings are pretty good, we’ll definitely be coming back. Service was good, granted it was a slow night but we felt attended to. The grouper tacos were delicious as well.

Food was good. I had the grupper tacos and my buddy had the beach chicken but service was slow and they messed up our drink and app order. I will come back since the food was good it may have been an off day though.

Our server was nice. She came back a couple times to check on us. That was the only good thing about this place. Nothing was hot. Clearly our food was left waiting for our waitress to pick it up. The burger was not cooked to order and didn’t have much taste. The pulled pork tacos came on soft shells that were hard. I really couldn’t tell you if it was pork or not, It was chewy meat in sauce. The boneless wings had no chicken taste and were nugget size. They had generic sauce on them. The chips for the nachos were hard. Needless to say, we didn’t finish our food. This was cafeteria stuff here. It is a nicely decorated, clean place but that’s not enough. This is probably a place to drink, not really to eat good food.

Great wings and atmosphere. I like wings and found these with the variety of flavors with it.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times. Every time I’ve had to wait almost an hour before I got my food and on my work days I just do not have that kind of time to spend on my lunch break. The waitress did not check on us. There were maybe two or three waitresses total in the whole restaurant running all over the place. Very unorganized and poor management. The first time I went my pork sliders were cold. There were hardly any sauce on them and this is what this restaurant is supposed to be known for… The sauce selection! The salad was soggy with brown pieces of lettuce. I do not recommend this restaurant especially if you have a time restraint. I will say tho… The drinks were pretty awesome. That’s about all that is awesome tho!

Coming back from a weekend filled with home cooking in PA Dutch country I was in need of something different. We stopped in here on a whim because I was tired of hearing my Heidi crow that she was hungry. The inside is fairly large and decorated nice. For app we got the jalapeño blue cheese queso. It was delicious and served with housemade chips. Chunks of blue cheese and jalapeños abound. The chips were on point. I got the beach burgers(3 sliders) which came on toasted mini potato rolls with delicious sauteed onions, Yum. I got a side of garlic inferno, which is the hottest in the menu. I finally found a sauce that is hot AF and had flavor, it was amazing and hit me with the hiccups immediately. Heidi got the tenders which were delicious as well. The portions are huge. We ended up taking 75% of what we ordered home with us. Jess our waitress was fast and very attentive. I will come back if ever in the area for sure.

These are the best wings in the area! They cook them extra crispy when I order them. The«boss» sauce is amazing. Great fried pickles and prices are super reasonable. Service is excellent always. A favorite hang out to watch the games, both college &NFL, they have all of the games. Hard to tell you’re in a strip mall, the atmosphere is bright and friendly. Good bands evening weekends!

Service was great! Our server was right on point. Quick and efficient. The food here was pretty good too. We had the fish tacos and grilled chicken. The chicken was overcooked and rather dry. I enjoyed the yellow rice and broccoli w/garlic. They don’t add salt to the rice, which I appreciate, but thought it was funny that the server gave me tips on how to eat my rice. «If it’s bland, just add a little salt.» she said. Clearly other customers have complained about the lack of salt in the rice. So many so, that she felt the need to warn me. I had no idea that there were so many people out there that don’t know how to use salt. Our server also tried to warn my boyfriend about the hot wings he ordered. That was a much needed warning. He always orders the«hottest you got» at every restaurant and shrugs off any warning or smirks he gets from the server. The server here asked twice«are you sure?» and as always he shrugged it off and said«Yes. The hottest you got.» with absolutely NO fear. When the hot wings arrived, they were piping hot and I could smell the«heat» across the table. He ate one wing and his eyes started to water. His nose started to run and he started sweating bullets! I sat across the table and laughed. He had to take a break after 2 wings and come back. The fish tacos were awesome! I unfortunately didn’t order them, and spent my entire lunch with food envy. At the end of the meal, my boyfriend ate the remaining 3 wings. He learned they were much easier to eat after they’ve cooled down. He thoroughly enjoyed the wings. If you like SPICY food… their wings are definitely worth it.

My husband and I stopped in for happy hour and were pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of beer selections. From 3:30 — 6:30 Monday-Friday there are several draft beers on special for $ 2. There are barefoot wines on special for $ 3 and mixed drinks also on special. There are no food specials during happy hour unless you partake in the daily food specials. Monday nights are $ 6.99 burgers, Wednesday is 60 cent wings, and Thursday is all you can eat boneless wings for $ 10.99. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla which was good. My husband ordered the all you can eat wings and he enjoyed them. There are 30 different sauces to choose from. The raspberry chiptole sauce was my favorite. The restaurant filled up by the time we left around 6:45pm. It did take us awhile to get our check from the bartender but to her credit she was really working hard. She was waiting on the entire bar which was packed and the bar tables as well as getting drinks for the entire restaurant which had a pretty decent crowd in it. The food was good. The atmosphere was clean and fun. Additional staff is needed during busy times. Overall an enjoyable experience and we will be back.

I came here for a paint and wine night that I got off of groupon. My boyfriend and I arrived 15 mins early so we decided to grab a beer at the bar. Well It took 10 mins to have someone come over and take our order. It did come pretty quickly. But then my boyfriend went to go pay and it literally took 15 mins to get our check. Honestly, this is in Elkton, not the busiest of places and the bar was not even full. There is no excuse as to why our waitress took so long. And she even avoided eye contact with my boyfriend several times. Then while we were painting we ordered another beer which never came because the waitress«forgot». I can’t speak for the food but the service was disgraceful.

I don’t usually go to chains at all if I can help it, but my guess is that going to this one is not supporting the lifestyle of a super rich CEO. So it was that I went once shortly after it opened. and have returned twice. I think the food is fine and the craft beers don’t seem outrageously priced, but I don’t know about the basic lagers. I plan to head back fairly soon, and may update this after I do. One problem I noticed right away there is the long and complicated menu, which my watching of Restaurant Impossible suggested to me has a tendency to slow and complicate the proceedings all around. It may be for that reason that my tendency to NOT to go out to eat when any restaurant is likely to be very busy has worked well here. I would generally not go to any restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night or much past 5 pm for supper.

I’ve been here three times. The two times at the bar weren’t too bad(except for the prices of everything being outrageous for the small amount of food you get). The one time I got a table, I sat. I waited. I waited. Almost an hour later I decided to leave after not seeing one waitress or manager stop to check on me.. . and that was after a 20 minute wait to be seated in the first place! I lost an hour and a half of my life that I’ll never get back. If you want to eat or drink, do NOT go here! The menu is so cluttered with Margaritaville-meets-Buffalo Wild Wings items that you get lost and after a few minutes of eye contact with such a busy menu, you need a drink to get rid of your headache.. .. good luck with that too. $ 7 for a domestic draft.. . really? I’ve personally let the management know about their lack of service the first two visits and nothing has changed long after they’ve been open. There are three Buffalo Wild Wings and one Margaritaville within a half-hour drive.. .go there!

Visited on a Friday evening with a buddy to get some wings/beer after a long week. Sat at the bar and service was abysmal. The bartender never smiled, never gave us her name, and made no attempt to answer any questions about the menu(which we had never seen before). We ordered three fried appetizers which all came out of the kitchen at separate times. The fried pickles and buffalo chips were good. The wings are far from«jumbo.» I would encourage them to visit Dark Horse in Bel Air to find out what jumbo wings are. We ordered the wings as a platter with a side of fries and sweet potato fries. The regular fries never arrived and it took the bartender 25 minutes to check on us to find out we didn’t receive all of our order. We actually had to flag her down. Another reviewer made a comment about Yuengling being priced as an import. I have to agree and was quite surprised to pay $ 4.50 a pint for Yuengling. If I wanted to pay that much, I would go to Federal Hill. It is great to have a new restaurant in Elkton, but the novelty will pass and I estimate that this place won’t last very long…

Went to Hurricane’s with my neighbor for Happy Hour and planned on having a few beers and some wings. This was my second visit, and the crowd was significantly smaller than the last time which was their Grand Opening night. It was still better than 90% full, but not packed like my last visit We had hoped to sit at the bar, but since all the stools were full, we were seated at a booth near the kitchen entrance. Since it was Happy Hour(until 7 pm), we were told(after having to ask our waitress) that Domestic Drafts were 50% off. Apparently Pottsville, Pennsylvania is no longer part of the United States, as Yuengling Lager was not included. I can understand the premium brands like Sam Adams, Dogfish Head, and Fat Tire being excluded, but Yuengling costs the restaurant only pennies more than Coors Light, Bud Light and Miller Lite, all of which were included. My friend and I each had a 10-piece wings order(his boneless, mine traditional), both of which were over $ 10. There are a lot of places with 50-cent wing specials, and most are in the less-than-75-cent range depending on the number ordered, so the price was pretty steep. The«Jumbo Wings» seemed larger on my first visit, but they were a decent size. My friend’s Boneless Wings were actually larger chunks of chicken, even though the price was a little less($ 10 vs $ 10.99). I was a little disappointed that the«Boss Sauce» which was listed under Category 3 in the heat index was not hot at all. My friend ordered the«Hot Hurricane Sauce» — also from Category 3 — and it wasn’t very hot either. We also shared an order of Garlic Parmesan fries($ 5.99 for a small paper tray). They were delicious if you like both garlic and Parmesan flavors, but for that price I expected a significantly larger portion. From the time we were seated until our first beer arrived was about 15 minutes. Not horrible, but not fast either. But from the time we placed our wings/fries order until they were served was almost 40 minutes. I would think a franchise restaurant that specialized in wings could turn a simple order like that around considerably faster. The bill for the 20 wings, Garlic/Parmesan fries, and six domestic beers was $ 55! For food that was good, but not incredible, and service that was abysmally slow, the prices are a little steep. The shame of it is that Elkton needed a place like this, especially in this particular storefront where restaurants have gone to to die. But I’m not sure that with the pricing/service combination, this place will last after the novelty wears off. I guess time will tell.

The idea of «over 30 flavors» was dreamy; however this restaurant is merely a pipe dream in the world of WINGS! 1.Food never made it to the table. 2.Waitress insulted a person in our party. 3.The owner has no clue how to run a business of this capacity. 4.The music was WAYTOOLOUD! 5.The beer ran out. Experience overall — miserable, tacky and unprofessional on every level!

New place that we went for the wings. Our service was kind of slow but our waitress was good! When talking wings I have to compare Hurricanes to Buffalo Wild Wings: — They have 30 sauces plus you can make your own combination. Advantage Hurricane — The wings are labeled jumbo and maybe a little larger than Buffalo Wild Wings. Advantage Hurricane — We ordered the wings as-is but I generally ask Buffalo Wild Wings for«wet». Should have done that here as well. Hurricane’s wings are cooked kind of crunchy. Advantage Buffalo Wild Wings If going for wings alone I prefer Hurricane. Only drawback is when I got the bill you are looking at $ 1.00 a wing which is higher than most places including Buffalo Wild Wings. As a plus Hurricane’s has $ 2.00 domestic beers which is really good. Next time we will try the regular sandwiches, etc… since they are better priced matched than the wings. Kind of stinks because I would like to make it my standard wing place. The price though will make it an occasional thing! *** Note to the managers there if you read these. Turn the music down some and that might make the place a little less loud. People are talking louder to overcome that!***
