I was surprised when I ordered a medium coffee and it was so small, actually 14 oz but it is very obvious they have downsized the coffee cup sizes and charging more. They are all doing this not just DD.

i used to come to this place at least twice a week since my work is near by. their employees are very rude and i had to wait almost 10 minutes for just a coffee and a donut… worse part is, they were not even that busy. wish they have more coffee shop in route 40

Visited this location first time this am. I’m a big Dunkin Donuts coffee fan. Coffee and food are very good here. Service is fast and friendly. Good place to stop if on RT40 near Rt 29 intersection — just east.

My favorite Dunkin’ Donuts by far! Their taste is always consist, and the customer service and friendliness is always there right when you walk in the door despite it being busy sometimes!

Came here to get some work done earlier today. Coffee was not the best, but I had to leave because the wifi was horrible. Would have loved to stay longer if I could have, but I ended up going further down 40 to go to the brand new Dunkin in Catonsville.

The coffee here just doesn’t taste good. I tried it 5 times so I’m fairly certain this is going to be a consistent problem. It’s not that the coffee is bad, but I’ve grown used to how a large regular coffee from DD tastes.

I can’t fucking stand this place. I love dunkin but my god how many times do I need to repeat my order. I get that you aren’t from this country and English isn’t your first lanaguage. I speak slowly and clearly and they still mess up my coffee order. I love Bagels. However, when I order a toasted bagel it is likely to be raw and toasted on the edges. The also HOARD the Splenda! WTF! I am paying for coffee I shouldn’t have to ask for splenda, when I go other DD around town they have it in plenty. Stop being so fing cheap and put it out. I drive to the other side of town now to the Dunkin on Montgomery for better serve and Splenda!

Haha, I’m biased. I used to work here. Used to, being the keyword. My family moved away from ellicott city, and since then, I have not been able to find a Dunkin Donuts quite as good. Lets not even mention the god-awful place that just opened over here, with the some of the most rude, disregarded service I’ve ever seen anywhere. But service here is quite the opposite– with a smile and pleasant attitude. I know this because its policy among the staff. In the afternoons, it might slack a little, as the manager is not around to enforce his opinions of what good service is. Honestly, he’s what makes the store run so proficiently. The customer will always get exactly what they want, and the experience of picking up donuts or a coffee will be a memorable one. He wants you to come back. I remember on my first day of donut-icing duties, he made me remake a dozen or so donuts because the icing wasn’t perfectly smooth. He takes the mentality of the person on the other side of the counter. And that, my friends, is the reason why our store has so many regular customers, many of who’s orders are made the second they walk in the door. In the mornings, this place can get pretty crowded. More in the summertime than anything though. If you take route 40 to work and pass this place, its a good stop for decent-priced coffee and pleasant service. My advice would be earlier– from 6−8am or so. I’m not saying that the staff doesn’t take care of the line as fast as possible, but if you’re one of those people who gets huffy and puffy at the sight of a line when you have somewhere important to be, then you shouldn’t really be stopping for coffee, and you really shouldn’t stop here after 9. Its a small shop, but it does get packed. Other then that, your coffee will always be made to your preference, your donuts will always have plenty of filling and icing, and your sandwiches will always be fresh– if not, the employees will make it again. The store is always clean too, so to all the neat freaks out there: Do not fear. Since leaving this place, I have not found a Dunkin Donuts that cares so much about the little things that makes a customer happy as much. They understand the meaning of extra extra sugar, which, trust me, makes all the difference when your sweet tooth calls.
