In my 20’s and early 30’s I climbed trees for a living. It was nearly impossible for me to gain weight. I then got into sales. The lunch meetings took their toll. I now find my self owing my own business where I occasionally need to climb again. Being over 40 with 40 extra pounds makes climbing trees a lot more difficult. Mac’s workout in the morning is a great way to prepare me for the day. In just 2 weeks I can see and feel the difference. The workouts are fun and the meal plan is good and easy to follow. Thank you Mac for getting me back on track to a healthier more fit life.
