We used to go here all of the time when they first opened but then things started to get very dirty and gross… the floors the walls the toppings and machines. I went back yesterday with my kids thinking maybe it had changed. It has not. The floor is really sticky the walls have chocolate sauce drips the toppings were mixed and had drips etc. Which is not allergy friendly or even appetizing at all. The workers were as they have been every time I have been here in the back talking and even the machines were dirty. We will not be going back. We will stick to Yogi Castle where the workers greet you when you come in and everything is really clean! It is very disappointing because it is a great location.

Pistachio, pomegranate and banana froyo flavors?! There’s no way your summer day could go wrong with this particular team. but I have to say, I didn’t enjoy my serving as much as I would have liked to. I’ve had better frozen yogurt that really hit the spot. Such a waste since there are so many great flavors here.

I love taking the whole family to sweet frog! It’s very clean, and the staff is so friendly. The chocolate hazelnut with Nutella on top is my favorite! Would recommend.

All frozen yogurt is not the same. I repeat. All frozen yogurt is not the same. I’ve worked at a froyo place before, and call me biased, but sweet frog is just not up to par. I was hesitant about going there in the first place, but I was seriously craving something cold, so I gave in. The employee’s were nice, the décor was cute, a bit loud — but cute regardless. They had a variety of flavors, and the place was clean. HOWEVER, just because they had a ton of different flavors — does not mean that they were good. I’ve always thought sweet frog yogurt was a little watered down, personally. It’d mediocre, at best. I got cheesecake, and peanut butter with a few topping sprinkled on top, but I honestly felt like I was eating liquid-y paste. I guess it would be ideal for the younger crowd, but at my age the last place I want to get froyo is at sweet frog.

I usually go to Tutti Frutti(which you can see from Sweet Frog if you look out the window…) but I stopped by here because I don’t have to go across Rt 40 to do so. I like the flavor offerings here! My mom and I are huge tiramisu fans, so them having that the other day was huge for us. Also, I’m pretty happy with variety of toppings options. My one issue is just that it seems like staff kind of… wasn’t there when I stopped in during the middle of the day. It wasn’t busy or anything, but we had to call out for someone to come process our order.(What if we had just walked out???) And some of the toppings had been close to empty. It is a bit more of a younger-kids spot but I thought it was fine.

I swore I’d never go back. I lied I guess. My son begged simply because we were at Rite Aid. Well things went from bad to worse. They simply need to clean up! Mop the floor! My shoes stuck to the floor. The toppings are very cross contaminated as someone else noted. The counter area had crumbs everywhere, a hair, and a sticky surface. Are the employees under no management? What’s the problem? Tutiti Fruiti… much cooler and cleaner!

This place is probably great for the middle school crowd, but as a 20-something year old, it feels way too juvenile for me. Froyo places usually try hard to be hip, but this one feels like a hip… daycare. Unless you want to relive your tween years, I think that the Tutti Frutti right across the street has a much better décor/atmosphere. Anyway, froyo and toppings are pretty standard here. I felt like the toppings section was a little unkept, some containers of fruit had nothing in it, and there was a lot of cross-contamination.(lol I can’t believe I’m using that word for a yogurt place). Last time I was here, it couldn’t have been later than 8pm, but there was a girl drunk off her heezy making a scene in the store. Even the police were called! I’ve got to commend the staff working that night for keeping calm though. Despite the drama happening, they still gave everyone in line great service. I am certain that was a freak accident and that this is still a very family friendly place. I’d come back… with my baby sister :)

Strawberry Shortcake is definitely my favorite thus far. Kids love this place as there is such a variety of items to put in your frozen yogurt. I even saw fruity pebbles once as an option and cant wait to try that the next time I go. I take the kids to music lessons and this is where I go.

I enjoyed Sweet Frog’s cake batter and strawberry yogurt on election night! They gave me 20% off for having my «I voted» sticker on! Which was cool because they honored the people who tried to go out to make a difference and vote. I love the scene there! Very young, bright, and bubbly! Plenty of toppings to add to the yogurt. Many a different flavors of yogurt! They also let you know what yogurts to mix to make some of your favorite desserts! Nice sitting area to enjoy your creations. Staff very helpful and friendly! Staff will tell you how to sign up to get more deals! The only thing I have negative to say is that the yogurt does not make you feel like your eating ice cream. The taste is like regular yogurt with a hint of a cool flavor. Some yogurt shops I have frequent the yogurt taste just like ice-cream. However, tho it does not taste like ice cream it definitely makes you feel like you are eating much healthier! lol Will be stopping by again after my gym visits!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by just how good their flavors were. Out of all the local yogurt chains, I am(now possibly was) partial to Tutti Frutti but their Caramel flavor may have single handedly changed that. It tasted just like those old school caramel squares in clear wrappers. It was delicious. I also really enjoyed the Key Lime — tart, tangy and refreshing. Kudos to them as well for showing what flavor is created when you opt for the twist — i.e. cake batter and strawberry equals strawberry shortcake. I did take a star away because the yogurt was a bit runny. I get that it melts but it shouldn’t already be like that coming out of the machine. Other than that, this place is great — yummy fro-yo, well maintained topping bar, friendly staff and adorable frog mascots. I know I’ll be back regularly.
