I had a last minute order for my daughter. Michelle at Lulu was friendly and helpful, clearly communicating they were happy to have my business (instead of grumpy that I needed help fast). She got the order delivered ahead of schedule and called me to confirm. GREAT!

I received a call back from the shop. The lady working that day told me that their phones were down.

Lulu works with our nonprofit organization and we do most of our business with them for several arrangements throughout the year. The owner, Michelle, sets us up with excellent arrangements and goes well above and beyond what is expected. Her idea of customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered in any industry and she goes to great lengths to ensure quality and satisfaction with the service and final product.
I highly recommend using her services for any arrangement you might need. She has even helped us through her network of florists when she was not able to complete an order in certain areas.
I would caution against using the online services as it is merely a handler for orders and at times charged us for things we did not order. This was by no fault of Lulu’s. Almost every time I call the 636 number, I am able to work with the store directly. Thanks Michelle/Lulu’s!

I was blown away by the service at Lulu McCabe– particularly with Michelle. She was incredibly helpful, and for a few people who don’t know anyyything about flowers, she really gave us a great breakdown of what flowers were in season, which colors go with what, and what type of flowers go best together! Despite unknowingly dropping by 5 minutes before the store closed one afternoon, she was very inviting and encouraged us to stay after hours to discuss what we were looking for with her. I really got the impression that she genuinely loves putting her client first!
Thanks to her great advice and beautiful work, Michelle really helped us tell a great color-​story at our best friend’s Bridal Shower a few weeks ago with arrangements of lavender wax flowers, blue-​green hydrangeas, pink stargazer lilies, and white spray roses. Thank you so much for all your help!

This gem of a flower shop is conveniently located next door to Sarah’s cake shop. I had not had the opportunity to visit Lulu McCabe until today. Before even setting foot in the store, I was impressed by the artfully arranged (and long-​lasting) bouquet of white mums that my Mom had brought home from a previous visit here.
The shop’s interior is evocative of Paris, or a shabby-​chic decorator’s vision. Be sure to admire the paint job, in particular the stencils along the topmost portion of the walls. More than anything else, the friendliness and enthusiasm of the owners and staff amplifies an already pleasant shopping experience. Whether the customer is in search of a bouquet for a special occasion, as was the woman who was picking up her order at the counter while I was browsing the store, or simply looking for a few well-​chosen blooms to brighten the home, each customer is treated with the same high level of service and attention. The offerings here are inventive and the window displays are designed to draw in the viewer. I can only dream that Lulu McCabe and Sarah’s will team up to eventually dominate this portion of the strip mall, expanding into multiple storefronts and creating a floral-​cupcake powerhouse in the process.
