The worst radiology service center in queens!!!
(Had a sonogram done a few years ago and the technician where chatting and very unprofessional, left a bad taste in my mouth)
A few days ago my mother need a MRI and the doctor office arranged the appt at this location they have OPEN MRI and my mom suffers from claustrophobia. I didn’t realize it was the same at that moment, The nightmare my mother experience with the front desk lady, Making comments «I don’t think your insurance will pay for this», «this a 2,000 dollars procedure» non stop verbally abusing my Mom making discriminatory comments and on top of everything Made my mother wait for 3 hours for the approval, which it was suppose to be done before the Appt, giving her attitude and just simply disrespectful to anyone specially someone that’s clearly not feeling well.
At then end the insurance approved it but the MRI they had for her was a closed and like a stated before She suffers from claustrophobia. after all nothing was done.
My mom left so helpless and disrespected, she never wants to go back. Now she’s getting her MRI done in the city she loves the place and totally different experience. For those who are clearly not feeling well or need answers STAY AWAY!!! this is not the place to go.

Really bad place to visit. This place sucks, not friendly reception and even the radiologist! They’re have an attitude and ignored patients.
The receptionists, she didn’t even wanna look or make an eye contact to patients.

I came to this clinic as a walk-​in on a Saturday morning around 10am. The receptionists were nice, but the waiting room was packed so I thought it would be a long day. They told me it would be no more than 20 minutes, but it only took about 5. The technician was nice, as well. Quick, efficient, polite, what more could you want? Would definitely return.

If I can reduce it to no stars I would. Wait time is more than 2 hours.

This place is horrible to the max. Customers service sucks. Workers act like they are doing patients a fair hello it’s your job. Place is small and looks dingy.

Be prepared to wait! Bring someone with you in case you have to pay the meter. Technician smelled like cigarets.

I was late for my appointment and was told I can be seen if I don’t mind waiting! After 2 hours in a half when everyone who came after me went before me I was seen! Horrible place too small and rude! I recommend the one in Astoria much better and never wait this long no matter the situation! Be advised you need patience!

I sent an email to their website email address detailing what happened, and about an hour later (this was late at night too) one of the owners emailed me back apologizing for what happened. The next day the manager, Susan, called me on the phone (twice, she left me a voicemail in the morning and called again in the afternoon) and also apologized. She asked for more details, promised that it would never happen again (and that they would do a phone etiquette training), and scheduled the appointment for me. This tells me the company is very interested in its patients and in having satisfied patients. I will update this review after my appointment next week, but for now I am definitely upping my rating. Any company that so quickly responds to unhappy customers (or patients) is well worth my patronage!
