While we primarily work by appointment, we are available 24 hours a day. If there is an emergency, you can contact me at any time. If we accept your case, we will completely investigate your case and speak with witnesses. Often accidents require an immediate investigation so that evidence is not destroyed, lost or otherwise made unavailable because a prompt investigation is not initiated.

Working on a contingency basis on all personal injury matters, means there is no fee unless we collect on your behalf. Having processed over 1,000 injury cases, Mr. Lassin has experience with varying levels of complexity with such cases. The types of injuries that our clients have suffered include fractures, muscle and ligament tears, dislocations, eye injuries, disc herniations, brain injuries, scars, psychological injuries and unfortunately death.

Business Owner

Byron Lassin, Attorney at Law has been practicing law since 1970. He graduated City College in 1967 and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1969 and received a Juris Doctor’s Degree.

Presently he is an active member of the New York State Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. Eastern and Southern District Court of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Queens Bar Association.
