Kyle was great when it came to the planning process and with the wedding day. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to flowers and what looks good. I completely trusted him with all of his thoughts on what to do to make our flowers perfect. The centerpieces that he created for our wedding were stunning. Everything throughout the day was honestly seamless.
When it came to the planning, and what we wanted for our wedding, Kyle made it easy. I love how Carousel flowers does not do any sort of packages. Rather, we were able to tell Kyle what we did and did not want. You can tell that this vendor’s goal is not to get you spend as much money as you can, but rather, they help you decide what to include or cut out to work with your budget.
I would highly recommend Carousel Flowers as a vendor. They are professional, easy to work with, reliable, and amazing at what they do! This is one of those vendors you will not have to worry about the day of your big event. They have you covered!

There is not enough words to describe how amazing Kyle was to work with for flowers for my wedding. The first time I went to Carousel Flowers I met with someone other than Kyle and there was a little bit of a miscommunication. Because I really liked it there, I reached out to him and he took the time to go over everything with me again. As we were talking, he kept telling me how many ideas he had flowing through his head and how excited he was which of course made me more excited. Kyle was very quick to respond to emails and to get a hold of. He has a talent and really knows what he is doing. I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful my venue looked and that is thanks to Kyle. I am extremely happy with the service I received and the flowers were absloutely amazing. I can not thank Kyle enough for making my day even more beautiful. I recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a great florist.

This was my first time using this flower shop in Elmhurst. I called to order flowers for a funeral (same day), and rather than pick an arrangement from a set of pictures online, we discussed the flowers they had available, colors to use, and how I wanted it to look. I asked if they could text me a picture of the finished product, which they did, and it was beautiful. Great customer service, beautiful flowers. I would definitely use this florist in Elmhurst again.

So thankful for a florist and driver who went the extra mile on a delivery for me today. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister at work — forgetting her office had moved. Kelly tracked down the correct address and had the delivery done as promised. Plus the arrangement is beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love carousel and have never had anything short of an exceptional experience here. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is accommodated. My most recent experience with them was in choosing several arrangements for a bridal shower I was hosting. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and they really took the time to make sure I was happy.

If they would have gotten it right the first attempt I would have gone with 5 stars. When my initial order failed to match the picture, they made things right the next day. Overall quality was really good and the fact they fixed their mistake says a lot.

Received a bouquet of roses with eucalyptus and other gorgeous greenery to boost the beauty of the bouquet. I absolutely love them! The smell of the eucalyptus is taking over my cubicle and of course making all the other ladies jealous! One of the best bouquets I’ve seen. He did good! :-)

Yellow roses that are spectacular. Most beautiful roses I’ve ever received. After 7 days they still look fabulous. And they smell like roses should. Many have no scent. This shop is tops with me.

Called from out of state to avoid one of those awful 1−800/FTD type experiences I’ve had with sending flowers in the past. The person who took my order was fantastic, very clear and helpful. I needed to send flowers to a nearby hospital before my friend was discharged and they delivered in all ways I had hoped for. My friend was so happy with the arrangement and teddy bear and the experience couldn’t have been better. I hope to not be sending flowers to any Chicagoland hospitals anytime soon, but if I will I’ll be using Carousel.

I get a little nervous when ordering things like flowers online. Is it going to look like the picture or something atrocious? My friend’s father passed away and I wanted to send something nice. I looked at the standard 1 – 800 places and it just seemed to be a crap shoot with them. I like to know who I am purchasing from, not random «local floral shop» listed on those sites. Yes, I need a face to the name.
Here comes in Carousel. They had many beautiful arrangements on their site. Ordering online was quick, easy and convenient. You get an email confirmation of the order, then a confirmation the shop received your order and finally a confirmation the flowers arrived. Perfect for hyper people like myself. I did call to see if the flowers could arrive before 3pm and that was not problem. Funeral services actually get first delivery of the day.
The flowers I ordered were even better than the picture. In fact, someone sent the same arrangement as me. The flower pieces were next to each other and (hate to say it) but my flowers looked fuller, had bigger blooms and more color that the other one. I was so pleased with it! Great to do business with a local florist who cares about their work. I will definitely be ordering from Carousel again.

Carousel did some of the flowers for our wedding in July. They looked great! They were easy to work with and helpful when picking things out. They also had great prices.

They stayed open late on a Saturday during a snow storm to make sure my 11 year old daughter would receive her corsage for her Daddy daughter dance. I’m so grateful! This is the first review I have ever posted I was so impressed! A true hometown business. Who operates like that anymore? And I have not needed to purchase flowers in years. They didn’t know me from Adam. And the corsage, BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU CAROUSEL OF ELMHURST! A CLASS ACT!

Kelly from Carousel did our wedding yesterday at McCormick & Schmick’s in Oak Brook. She did an AWESOME job! If anyone has eaten at McCormick & Schmick’s and is familiar with the back patio area it is a pretty run of the mill restaurant patio. The view of the water and the food is what made it attractive for our wedding. Kelly took a run of the mill patio and made it into a wonder fall outdoor wedding! The flowers were vibrant, and stayed that way the whole time! I have one of my arrangements at home currently and it looks wonderful! Kelly did a great job, she took time with us in the shop to explain and show us options. She was very resourceful and creative! Would recommend Carousel to anyone!

I found thus flower shop online since it was in the area where I wanted a floral spray delivered to a funeral home. First, I placed the order on a Sunday, and Karen immediately called me to discuss and confirm. What great customer service! Second, Karen warned me about substitutions if the flowers came in «closed.» She did sub different flowers without changing the integrity and beauty of the arrangement. When I got to the wake and saw the flowers, I was so happy as they were the most beautiful there, and the arrangement was as beautiful if not more than the photo online. Carousel did a fantastic job! I will be using them again in the future. In talking to Karen, she assured me she can deliver out to my area, as well as all around the Chicagoland area.

I am in california but i found carousel online. we wanted to send flowers to our client in the chicago area who was having a new baby. karen was very helpful and sweet on the phone, and after recieving the flowers, our client wrote us this in an email «I know people say this, but the flowers are seriously the prettiest bouquet I have ever seen. You have outdone yourself and made me feel very special through my pain meds». thanks karen and carousel!

Carousel is amazing. They did my flowers for my wedding in January 2013. They were exactly what I wanted! I went in to meet with karen and I had no idea what I wanted. After telling her my theme and what I was trying to go for she ended up designing my flowers from scratch.
When I saw my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet I was blown away. She had used all the flowers I said I liked and totally created something to perfectly match my theme. Her prices are more than reasonable and she is very easy to reach. I would recommend the carousel flower shop to anyone.

There is something about flowers. Love them or hate them; everyone seems to have an opinion about them. Whether you have no clue or whether you can spout off every botanical name like Martha Stewart everyone seems to have an opinion about them.
If you are like me, your opinion when receiving them is that you’re delighted!
Carousel Flowers is a tiny shop on the southern part of the main drag in Elmhurst. Amazingly, I have never ordered anything here, but I received a lovely arrangement from them. Magically colorful, all types of blooms, not chincy with the high end flowers, not loaded with fillers. It is so pretty.
I drove by Carousel today and I almost missed it. It is very close to residential and the storefront, at least for me, had a lot going on. Very busy. Almost too busy. What did I tell you … everyone has an opinion.
But for me, the proof is in the product and I love their product. Though I’m clueless on their prices, I can tell you that what I received did not have the look of an arrangement that 375 other females received. That, as a lover of flowers, makes me happy. It also makes me happy to add another florist to my short list. Thanks so much!

I just got off the phone with the Carousel flower shop and they SAVED THE DAY!
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday from an online flower express place, for same day delivery (I live in California). Just before my friends bday party was to start, the online flower place called and said that they couldn’t deliver the flowers till monday!!!
Heartbroken, I called Carousel’s and related my sob story, asking if they could get flowers to my friend in time. The wonderful lady on the phone said they were closing in five minutes… but give her a second.
She talked to the owner’s son and they said that they would do it! They saved the day and got the flowers to my friend in time for her birthday party and they were gorgeous.
I wish they were in CA where I live so I could patronize them! Wonderful people, great customer service! THANK YOU!

Karen and her crew did a phenomenal job on my wedding flowers. I will update with pictures soon. She made my ceremony beautiful and everyone loved my centerpieces, which were all taken home. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist to work with. She was confident in what her design would look like and I trusted her judgment completely. I would recommend anyone to use her for any floral needs, you will not be disappointed!
