Dunkin’ Donuts

I am here quite often, and I must say the short woman is so rude!
She makes me feel like our families are rivals and I am crazy for wasting her time coming here lol
When she cleans the dining area she slams things loudly to the point of turning heads and snatching the chair beside me as if sitting here as a paying customer is a crime. I normally don’t write reviews but, I’m sitting here now and I just felt compelled to write it. Every time she has a shift and I am here I have to hear «I don’t like her» before I can have a seat.
Why is that? Because I order the same thing everyday? Or because I sit in the dining room for too long, never leaving a mess behind or taking up an available seat?
While everyone else is a pleasure, and have come to greet me in their own way informally. Her energy is constantly threatening and super negative, it just seems like she is never happy to see me when I am respectful to everyone including her… If she isn’t trying to avoid taking my order, like she did tonight. Good thing she had a scapegoat.
… I think she needs a hug tbh
Look, all jokes aside. If you hate your job or the guests that actually come back, then quit! I am in this establishment everyday filling out job applications and it turns my stomach when I experience horrible service because I KNOW I could do a better job, and enjoy it very much.

Pretty awful Baskin experience.

Very Bad Service, will never go back again.
I was there for medium ice dark roast coffee, and using DD perks .99 cent, after Cashier Badrum K. scan my coupon, it still show original price. I ask her why still original price, she told me i have to us my app to pay first, then it will change bad. after i paid it still original price, i argue with lady, i told her i don’t want this coffee anymore, she said can’t me be cancel that. she gonna give my some donut. i don’t want it…
this is my F… last time visiting this place…

This place is disgusting. We went here and buy some icecream. And the that guy serves us is not wearing a gloves! He is scooping the icecream with his dirty hands touching the sides of the bucket. And in the other hand is the cone. HE HOLDS THE CONE WITH HIS FINGERS INSIDE THE TOP HOLE NOT IN THE HANDLE. The result we just throw the icecream away.

WORST. A lady name Janvi served me. She threw the receipt on the counter instead giving it to me. Very rude. The store is dirty. Very very bad maintenance. I saw a roach crawlimg near domuts rack. Donuts taste stale and low quality
