I was on the phone with them for about 30 min to schedule a job. I got a confirmation # and we were all set to go, I even paid to reserve the elevator in my building. Then I got a phone call at the end of the day saying that a few months ago there was a policy change and I would need to call on Monday morning to create an account first (which is when I actually needed my furniture picked up). If you are answering the phone and scheduling clients, should you not be aware of a policy change that’s been in effect for months? These guys are very disjointed and clearly lack professionalism, I would not recommend them!

They deliver furniture in perfect condition and on time. That’s why I would hire them again and again.
