For Your Own Good was begun with exactly that thought in mind. While we have doctor’s in house that are available for consultations should YOU feel you need one, you will not be pushed into any services or memberships.

Laura D.

Business Owner

After years in the stressful 9 to 5 workforce, our owner, Laura began to discover the true health benefits of massage and realized she had stumbled on to something she was truly meant to do.

Upon graduating from National University of Health Sciences with a dual certification as a Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant, she obtained National Certification, state licensing and membership in the American Massage Therapy Association. She has most recently received a Certification in Pediatric Massage in order to bring touch to ALL who need it.

Since then, she continues to share her dedication to her profession not only through her caring massage sessions. She also offers wellness and massage workshops, and is a member of the National University

of Health Sciences Massage Therapy advisory board and teaching staff.
