Established in 2009.
Deb Russell and Julie Kastholm are life long Elmhurst residents. Both were volunteers at the DuPage Senior Citizens Council for many years. After seeing the need that so many seniors have for assistance with activities of daily living, companionship and safety, they started a licensed caregiver agency, Handle With Care In-Home Care & Assistance.
