As an attorney, I have nothing but respect for the work of Jonathan Herpey and Joel Funk of Hart & David, LLP. Initially, Herpey and I were opposing counsels in a breach of contract matter, fighting and arguing for the position of our respective clients. However, it was during that intense negotiation that I came to truly respect the attorneys of Hart & David, LLP because while a strong advocate for his client, Herpey was also a constant professional.
After our matter settled, I came to know Jonathan Herpey and Joel Funk on a personal level. Today, they are on my speed-​dial for real estate closings and land trust work. I have also consulted them for incorporating different businesses I now represent in Chicago because Herpey and Funk are spot-​on with their knowledge of business representation, which has saved me a bunch of time as an attorney and my clients a bunch of legal fees.
