Went to Hyratech to have my iPhone 6 Plus’ screen fixed since it was cracked. They gave me a more than reasonable price and repaired the screen within an hour. Super quick, professional and courteous! I’ve been to them before to have my iPhone 5’s screen repaired and for water damage also.

I came in to fix my helpless shattered iPhone 5C screen today after looking to see if there were any other cheaper screen repair store, this place always beats any other. I came in today around 12pm on a Saturday to fix my shattered iPhone 6 screen. The repair took less than half an hour. The screen looks brand new. I can’t tell that it was even replaced.
The pricing was fair. About the same price as everywhere else. Regardless, the speed and quality of the repair is top notch.

They fix my computer in one day and the price is quite acceptable. A 10% percent offer is also available!

I dropped my phone and came in to repair the crack screen, which they said will take a day. Fantastic! I went back several days later and they informed it wasn’t done and I should come back in a couple of days. Ok that’s fine — this time I called them, to make sure they have it ready before I head down there. They informed me the phone wasn’t even registered in the system and have not started on my phone yet. I would have to wait another week because they are going to order the phone screen now (didn’t have in stock). This is about 7 days when they told me this.
I finally got my phone back after 2 week. I paid $ 100 to repair the screen and there are a half dozen repair shops in the area that could have done it cheaper (I called them) and faster. The repair was bad as well. There was a gap between the phone screen and the phone itself. It peeled open a little and I saw light coming out of the sides of the phone.
I don’t think I will come back here for future repairs.

Costumer service is definitely not their specialty, but their prices are good. These geeks will fix your tech problems with a kim Jong Un attitude. When you walk inside the store Sumdafuk yells from the back ohh Wha u want, instead of being polite and help full. This store only caters to THEM only -!-

I was in a bind, 8 year old son just dropped his beloved iPad on the ground while getting out the car. It’s a Sunday, so I scoured the net to look for a place open. I found these professionals located near my house and drove out as quickly as I could. They were very accommodating and took care of my son’s iPad screen replacement in a jiffy. THANKS hyrotech, you saved this Father hours of whining from his son.

My dad use to come here for years whenever we had a computer issue so now that mine was out of commission I figured I’d give it a try for myself.
I needed the video card on my Mac replaced because it was going and once it did my Mac wouldn’t load past the intro Apple logo. After dropping it off I got a phone call a few days later saying what needed to be done (confirming my suspicions) and I agreed to the terms. I was issued a reciept with my name, date, type of computer, etc. Then I never heard from them again.
I found it odd that they never called me back to pick up my laptop. This happened the previous time I used them also. I always had to call them to see if my item was ready for me to pick it up. I can only guesstimate as to how long a fix will take. It could be two days or it could be two weeks. I don’t know if they have to special order some part from Apple or whatever. Just wish they called me to tell me my item was fixed.
Nevertheless their services are cheap, fast and reliable. Their customer service is on point and very friendly. All i’m saying is call a brotha back, don’t leave me hangin’.
