Really disappointed. Based on online reviews, I called this office to make an appointment to have my son’s wisdom teeth removed. The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been less helpful or less interested in my business.
First she asked about my insurance. She was not familiar with it. She started talking about the financials and my copay. I was aware that I would have to pay a significant amount of money until I have met my deductible. She still hesitated — as though she did not think I would be able to pay. FYI — I wouldn’t be calling and trying to schedule an appointment if I didn’t intend on paying for the service.
I explained to her that I was calling them because they were listed as being in-​network with my insurance. She still wasn’t sure and asked for the website. I told her that I was logged in as a member and she wouldn’t be able to access the URL that I had on my screen. She repeated that she wanted the website address. It’s called Google — look it up or know what plans your office has contracted with.
She said she still wasn’t sure, but we could set up a consultation. The soonest was 3 weeks away. Because my son is going into the military, I needed to move the process along more quickly. She showed absolutely no flexibility. She was really just interested in getting me off of the phone.
They win — I will go spend my $ 4k somewhere else. If this is how they treat you before you even walk in the door, I would think long and hard about letting them treat myself or my family. Called another in-​network oral surgeon next and they were super helpful. Given my situation, they were able to squeeze me in 3 days from now :)

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr chandler! He is a great Dr! Knows exactly what he’s doing! I had no complications at all. His assistant are so friendly & caring. Everyone here is so attentive & friendly! Sounds crazy for me to say this but I’d do it again if I had too!

I also had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Chandler, and I could not believe how smoothly it all went. I was nervous but the staff was so friendly and reassuring. Everyone I came into contact with there was just wonderful. They answered all my questions and made sure someone stayed with me the entire time. Dr. Chandler made sure to explain to me exactly what would happen, and I felt very comfortable with him.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Doctor Chandler. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. The nurses who work at the office are a hoot! They keep you laughing and relaxed so that you don’t worry about the procedure itself. Not to mention the fact that they helped me make sure I was using my insurance to the fullest to cover the cost of the procedure, they even sent me money back after! Dr. Chandler is readily available, I called him the day after with some questions and he answered his cell phone right away. Really felt like he cared about my well being and recovery, not just about making bank.
I would definitely recommend this office for your dental/​oral surgical needs.
