Absolutely horrid. They quoted a time and a price to repair an iPod and both were changed. The repairman didn’t listen to the initial concerns and had a different repairman fix a nonexistent problem, all of which was still billed. After over two hours, when they originally said 45 minutes and almost double the price– the iPod doesn’t play any music. All of this for a cracked screen and an iPod that didn’t hold a charge.
Spare yourself the headache and agony and go elsewhere.

Before I turned 40, I just bought new things when they broke. Now, I“ll repair anything before giving up. There’s an issue in there for the therapist that I don’t have.
This place is one of those kiosk stores in the mall. They are fast, efficient, and will negotiate a decent deal. Due to a crack, I had the screen to my ipod touch 4^th generation replaced for 55.00. It was ready within an hour.
