Was very happy with the service from TDH mechanical. My hvac unit has been quite loud the last few years (ie rattling noise when running). Kris came out and serviced the AC coil and diagnosed and fixed the rattling noise. He was extremely thorough and professional. The price was very very reasonable. I will be needing a new heater soon and TDH definitely will be at the top of my list.

I had an issue with my air conditioning. I texted them at 6:30am and they came by at 9am. My ac unit was fixed by 10am. I have used TDH for 5 + years and their service is fast and excellent. When you have issue with your HVAC, speed is very important and they are very responsive and can have someone over with 24 hours. I have always had different guys to service and repair my units and all of them have been professional and competent.

I highly recommend TDH Mechanical. My son had shopped around to have a heater/​aircondition installed and they have the best price, service and warranty.
Kris and Isaac, the installers are very efficient, professional and excellent workmanship. They even cleaned up afterwards.

I am very disappointed with service I received from TDH today —
When the technician was installing my new water heater it took numerous tries to get the connection to stop leaking — including a trip to the hardware store. When he was finished and writing up the bill, this same leak squirted open again and had to be readdressed, thank goodness it took twenty minutes to try to get the credit card machine swiper to work, (which was never successful and I had to end up writing a check — So no credit card protection on my purchase). When he finally did leave, thank goodness he was sitting in my driveway for 10 minutes making calls, because I had to run out and bring him back in when water started leaking out of the same spot. His final advice, if it started leaking again to call back. Why would this be an issue for a professional installing a brand new water heater? Why wouldn’t it be right the first time? I can’t take off work to have a botched, second rate job fixed.
The water heater is located next to my washing machine. The technician spread his tools out on the washer, without anything put down to protect the surface at all. Wrenches, saudeing iron, sauder. Banging around on the top of the washer whenever he picked up and put down a tool.
When he finally did leave, I was shocked at the mess he left behind. And I was just sick when I saw a large gouge out of the enamel of the washing machine, with the paint scraped off. Also, there are dents in the brand new water heater.
The water heater we had discussed putting in was a Rheem Fury, but he put in the Rheem Classic series, a cheaper model, for the same price.
When I asked if I could have an owners manual, I was told there wasn’t one and I wouldn’t need one, I could just call TDH back.
I would never recommend this company. The technician did not instill any confidence and left damage and a mess behind.

TDH was excellent all around. The owner (Tim) was great when I called in. Excellent customer service from him as well as his office manager. The technician (Kris) that came to our house was great. Really nice and efficient. Highly recommend these guys and their prices were very competitive.

Our experience with TDH Mechanical was great! I shopped around and out of 8 bids his was the best as far as price, service and warranty.
They installed the Trane 3 ton unit in a little over 4 hours and were very professional, courteous and had excellent workmanship! And they even cleaned up afterwards!
I would definitely recommend this company for your airconditioning needs!
