Venturing into Queens for food, I found this little restaurant along Broadway. The lady at the cashier told us to take a seat and handed us the menu right away. We got three of their special dishes for $ 22; Fish & Corn Sauce, Pork Chop with Black Pepper and Crispy Eggplant with Garlic & Pepper. Everything came out pipping hot. The big slices of fish filet were hot and crunchy. The pork chop with black pepper sauce was simple yet tasty with onions and peppers. The eggplant were very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions were bigger than we expected. The only down side I didn’t like was the disposable plate and utensils they served food in.

I had their beef brisket and wonton noodle soup. So delicious! The brisket practically melts in your mouth, the wontons are plump and noodles filling. Good portions! It seems to be more of a casual place, with trays and plastic containers and utensils. So happy to stumble on this HK-style café in the neighborhood!

i had the spare ribs with black bean sauce and rice. it was an abundant amount but the taste wasnt there for me. it was a bit sour for me. maybe i should have ordered something else? i gave it a try since it had a modest décor and i was worried since it was very quiet inside. i like small shops like this but was worried if it wasnt good. ill ask the nice lady next time whats really good on their menu. if its not good next time ill let you know.
