Open 24 Hour Laundromat

Well, the machines (most of them) wash clothes. And the dryers (most of them) dry clothes. Expect to see a lot of machines out of order. The setup is pretty old so I’d assume the maintenance has been lackluster. They had a bunch of $ 1.25 small load machines but it’s easy to confuse it for the $ 1.50 small load machines. Actually, I think they’ve upped the price so they’re all $ 1.50. Also easy to confuse the double loaders who cost more than their same-​sized less expensive bretren. Overall, the washing isn’t bad, but I’ve seen them fumble more than once with drop offs and finding the parcels.
My biggest issue is the customer service. The staff is predominantly Spanish speaking and predominantly not caring much about the customer. Had trouble with a dryer that opened when it spun and sought help, only for the woman to tell me «the load was to big, use two dryers.» Mind you, it was a load I could carry easily in my arms, no basket necessary. I tried splitting it anyway and surprise, the door opened. I went to ask for help, and my quarters back to use another machine and the woman, rather than come see the issue, got mad and went on a rant in Spanish to her companion right in front of me. I speak a little spanish, and she ertainly was not just explaining what the issue was. She gave up on assisting me and left it to someone else, who I had to wait for, to come over and see that the door was opening even while it was empty. A lot of their machines tend to do that, so it’s hit and miss really.
Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but I’m looking for another place to do laundry. If I have to do double work every time I go there, I’d rather pay a little more to get the job done right the first time elsewhere. But again, it’s functional, so if you don’t mind the gamble and staff who ignores you until you walk over and ask for something, and doesnt even greet you when you walk in 5 feet away from them, go ahead.

Beware. Its cheap because machines steal your money and its not safe to do laundry there at night. There is a homeless guy who comes and sleeps and back. The place is usually packed. Sometimes the machines do not dry your clothes enough. Its a waste of time.

1.25 machines can’t go wrong. The machines are old, they still use coins but it’s ok with me. I came here after I went to my usual laundromat which was packed and a little more pricier. This place wasn’t crowded at all and I was in and out with no problems. FYI this place is a little small.

$ 1.25 machines. 24 hours. The machines clean your clothes OK, not the best, however it’s a convenient location. Drop off service is ok. The place is huge though with plenty of lighting so you feel safe at all hours.
