Not really a Subway branch that goes above and beyond with customer service, but it gets the craving filled. The ingredients and cookies are always fresh when I visit and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Just your typical Subway. Nothing more, nothing less.

Let me start off saying that in all of the years that I have lived in NY I have never experienced racism like I have today. I didn’t want to wait at Wendy’s so I decided to go to this subway. There was a couple ahead of me, the gentlemen served them, they used a card, he told them have a good day. Right off the bat I was greeted rudely and was given nothing but attitude. Then comes a woman from the back(Sonu, yes I got your name off of the receipt) once again attitude. I only ordered 2 subs you would’ve thought I ordered 100. Then when it came to using my card she kept saying it was declined. How the hell it was declined when literally I used it at Walgreens before I came here. Then she says how much cash do I have? I didn’t have that much cash on me so I gave it to her she wets her hand like I’m giving her counterfeit bills thens says to swipe my card. Guess what card not declined. What kind of practice is this? During all of this another customer is witnessing this. Needless to say not only did I feel embarrassed but also my 9 year old daughter is there who later asked what’s wrong with them and why they were acting this way. I will not be supporting this business in my community and by the way Sonu i canceled that debit card just in case you decided to go upgrade yourself on my hard earned cash.
