For 15 years, we have used Justin Document for traveling to Asia for work. Always exceptional. Tough in their thoroughness, but that’s only in your own best interest. But, it was just today that Liz that really went the extra mile for us. My wife lost her passport and didn’t realize it until today and we leave for London tomorrow. The trick? My wife is on business travel in Dallas. Liz got us sorted out quickly and had us lined up so well that the office in Dallas was able to issue a passport within a few hours and now we are on our way. We cannot thank them enough for their diligence, caring, and help in a time of legitimate need. They made our month, and probably (hopefully) our year. They lost my passport, tried to deny it but with some convincing they arranged and paid for express replacement as my departure date was fast approaching. That, of course, was the least they could do but the process it caused me both stress and time on my part. But then they charged me the RUSH fees for the visa even though there would have been no need if they hadnt lost the passportin the first place. No response to my request for a refund on the rush charges. Then several months later I received my old passport along with the application anonymously from an address in Florida. This is an area where you need 100 percent reliability so i will never use them again.

I cannot say enough about Justin Documents. I needed a passport within 24hrs and Liz and Reem were magicians. They calmed me down and walked me through the process step by step. Everything they promised they delivered on. That will teach me to take out my passport the day before travel. Thank you Justin Documents because without your service i would have not have went on a long overdue vacation.

Don’t use them. This is an unprofessional company that has a complete disregard for customer service and has no idea what they are doing.
They will simply charge your credit card with additional fees without any kind of approval from you. Then the charges just randomly show up on your receipt.
