Specialties
The Giving Tree Family of Schools currently has three locations in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. We feature a developmentally-based curriculum that provides quality early learning experiences in a progressive manner. We are proud to call ourselves an Early Learning Center that accepts infants as young as 6 weeks old through after-school children 12 years of age. We have at least one teacher who speaks Spanish at each school. (Tenemos al menos un profesor que habla español en cada escuela.)
History
Established in 2008.
Willow Ridge Academy joined The Giving Tree Family of Schools in 2008. Using the quality early childhood curriculum of The Giving Tree Family of Schools, Willow Ridge students can be seen on explorations of their neighborhood, involved in small groups and whole group activities and climbing the loft area in the preschool room. The after school program is quite popular at this site and transports to many Elmwood Park, Chicago, and Oak Park schools before and after school care, as well as half day Kindergarten.
