I have been in the tinting industry since December of 2000 and have never lost my passion for this trade one bit. In 2010, I finally decided start my own company. I take great pride in my work and the Snappy Tint brand that I have created. After using just about every brand available while working for other tinting companies, I have first hand experienced the inferior products that most companies offer and always told myself that I would never do business that way. So far I have lived up to my promise and now see that my company is getting a very good reputation and I am offering the products that other tinting companies could only talk about. Not much to say really. I got an email from them asking for me to please leave a review and happy to do so. The existing tint on my work truck’s front windows were evidently done by an amateur and were wavy. I found them by visiting a business across the street. I pulled in, got a quote and they did both windows in about 90 minutes. That was about two years ago and they’re holding up quite nicely. It was as simple as that. Yes I would recommend them.

Amazing experience! I went here to get my front two windows tinted. This place was a little out of my way compared to others, but the reviews were so good I decided to give them a try, and I’m really glad that I did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the place was clean, they had accessible TV and Wi-​Fi, and free drinks. Also, the tint job looks great. I kind of wanted to stay longer but it only took them 20 minutes, lol!
I would definitely recommend Snappy Tint to everyone; finding places like these is the reason I consult Unilocal when trying out businesses for the first time.

After buying a car in Houston, I was informed when applying for my brake tag that the tint on my front 2 windows is illegal in New Orleans. In My search to remove and replace, I found Chris with Snappy Tint. My experience with Snappy Tint was fast, easy, and professional. I reserved an appointment online where all services and prices are clearly marked. The waiting room has wifi so I was able to get some work done during the time it took to remove and replace, which was about 30 minutes. I reserved an hour and a half just to be safe, so this was a pleasant surprise! Chris is very professional and happy to help answer my questions. I would recommend without hesitation!

This is the second car that I’ve had done by Snappy Tint. The first time I had to get my old tint removed from my car because it wasn’t legal in Orleans Parish (not done here), so I took it to Snappy. He removed it for me and recommended that I do ceramic tinting. It’s not dark at all, and totally legal, and best of all it keeps the heat out way better than any normal tint.
So when I got my new car, I knew that I had to get the ceramic tinting done again. Chris is so easy to schedule with, and he has more options and does a way better job than anyone else out there. He has also done my french doors in my home, and is about to do my front door. *I may be addicted.
Yay! No more putting the a/​c on full blast when I get in the car anymore!!!

I drove over an hour on Saturday to get my windows tinted on my new car. I tried calling local places but price and lack of friendly service had me looking on Unilocal for something closer to the city.
Snappy Tint had the best reviews so I called right when they opened on Friday. Chris was friendly which is appreciated since I don’t know much about window tints. Price was good so I made the appointment for the next day.
The waiting area is comfortable with a TV and WiFi which kept my daughter occupied for the hour we waited.
I’m very happy with the tint. Of course it helps with the heat but now I don’t feel like I’m in a fish bowl where all other motorist can see directly into my back windows.
Thanks Chris for making this convenient for an out-​of-​towner.

After researching and reading earlier reviews, I decided this was the place for my first window tinting experience. I’m glad that I trusted Chris and Snappy to do the job. Very professional with a comfortable waiting area, complete with leather sofas, TV and complimentary wifi. This isn’t a service I anticipate needing often, but I’ll be back next time I’m in the market for tint.

After reviewing options online for window tint, I came by the shop to check things out and make a final selection. I kind of knew this was my place after researching for 2 days online. Chris was kind enough to get me in at the end of the day and accommodate my requests. Ended up getting crystalline tint on my navy Camry and it turned out gorgeous ! I honestly got a little emotional looking at the finished product and thanked him for helping me pull the trigger on the crystalline ceramic tint. After driving ‚(or should I say baking) in a new car with no tint on a very sunny day I was sold on the ceramic as it has superior heat blocking capability (97%!) I was worried it wouldn’t look dark enough from the outside but it looked great and I’m sure the glare will be significantly cut down for my kids in the back seat. Chris was very professional and his shop provided a cozy and clean waiting area with a television so that the wait went by in a snap ! I love how my tint looks and can’t wait to drive around tomorrow to feel the difference. Thanks Chris ! More people need to take pride in their businesses like you do. It makes a huge difference. I will be referring all my friends.

I had my 2013 4dr VW Golf tinted here and I“m very happy with my service. I was able to get in the same day I called and it only took about 1.5 hours for him to tint the windows. There are plenty of things within walking distance to help the time go fast. I had trouble finding a place in New Orleans that had good reviews for the price so if you live in NOLA and are willing to take a trip I would highly suggest you do!

Fast, reasonably priced and extremely nice dude. I needed tint on some home windows so I called, and since he wasn’t too busy that day he came right over. Gave me a good demonstration and an estimate and we agreed he’d come back in a few hours. Came back in the time specified, took the time specified to complete the job, and the tint looks and works great. Very nice guy, no BS, no ripoff. Highly recommend.

I hired Snappy to tint my shop’s windows. I just opened up a jewelry shop on Magazine Street in November and was not aware of the blinding sun that was shining through my windows until I was squinting at my customers. It was a serious issue with my jewelry too because it tarnished the jewelry. Furthermore, it made my shop an oven. It created a serious green-​house effect and made the shop hotter than it was outside, so I needed to do something to fix it.
I found Snappy on Google… I called and left a message and Chris called me back promptly. He came by the shop shortly afterwards and checked out my windows, they are pretty big. He suggested a nice see-​thru film so my customers can still see my jewelry but it would block out a lot of the harmful rays.
The job was very well done… it looks so nice! And it fit our budget. The windows look so much better and I have already noticed a difference in temperature. Chris was personable and funny… we cracked a few jokes while he was working. He came during hours that were convenient for me and would not interfere with my store hours.
If I ever need any more tinting I wouldn’t second guess who I’d call… and you shouldn’t either!
