Greg is amazing. My hard drive failed at the worst moment for work and I was frantic. Greg answered his phone super early in the morning, drove over to my house within 1 hour, picked up my computer and returned it the following morning with a new hard drive and all data transferred. He saved me. He really did!

A few months ago my work laptop was losing it at the worst time. Greg did a great job saving me from a ton of hassle and stress. He fixed my laptop quickly. Above that he was a great communicator and provided wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Fix It Now Computers!

Greg Lowery is fast, honest, and market value priced. He is a great problem-​solver with a warm, unjudged-​y manner you’d feel comfortable having in your home. I’ve used FixitNowComputers’ services for years. I highly recommend Greg and his team. He also manages his time well, showing up in the window he says he’ll come and fixing things within that window.

I found my computer repair guy!
I was watching my friend’s toddler when, in a moment that my back was turned, she managed to spill almost a liter Coke bottle INTO my computer. Literally, it fell over dead center of the keyboard and started to glug-​glug-​glug into my computer. By the time I got baby safely aside and managed to get to the Coke bottle, my computer had spazzed out and shut off. I freaked out! I called him up after finding him on Unilocal and he was immediately accommodating and helped calm me down. He helped me work with my warranty company so that I wouldn’t be wasting my time or money. He was polite and friendly and not condescending at all. Thanks, Greg!

Greg was fantastic. I spilled some salad on my keyboard which rendered my computer inoperable. He ordered and replaced the keyboard and answered many of my anxious phone calls in the interim at no extra charge. The morning that he had the keyboard he was here and replaced it quickly. He has a 100 dollar charge for an hour of service. He used the rest of the hour to fix some other problems with my computer that had been slowing it waaaay down; it is now running like a dream. He wasn’t sure if that would fix another problem that I was having (screen was turning white during heavy use). A few hours later it looks like he solved all of the problems that my computer was having in that hour. He was very conscientious about cost to the customer. He checked in with me about how quickly we should have the keyboard mailed and got it here pretty fast for pretty cheap. Also, he was running a program to clean up my computer and when he realized he was close to the end of the hour, he offered me instructions on how to proceed and contact him for any further assistance. I had the hardest time importing my business mailing list into the new computer from an older version of Outlook. Greg and his team got it done in no time flat. After the work was done, there was still another issue and Greg went in via remote assist & took care of it minutes after I called him about it. Good job!

Greg of Fix It Now Computers has been my computer mechanic for years, and I am thrilled to see that he is branching out and being so successful. He certainly deserves it!
Greg has always gone above and beyond when it comes to service and keeps my computers running strong. I own an online retail business and use my computer every day processing orders, shipping, promoting, etc. I can NOT be without my computer, and consequently, I can’t just let any knucklehead touch my equipment. I have no worries dealing with Greg. He was over today to give my computer a much needed tune-​up and oil change. Runs like a champ again!

This is top-​knotch service. Greg the owner came to my home and picked up my laptop. He is pleasant, and a serious professional. My screen was cracked, he had my computer ready the very next day, its working as if it is new. When it comes to getting the work done, he does so in an expeditious manner. I have 4 more computers for him to fix, and I can’t wait to get those up and running properly too. Fix it now is worth every cent, and this business is the most reasonable cost wise, you can’t top the excellent service.
