Forever 21

abraham, JC, and pedro at this location is everything! they really went above and beyond to find particular sizes and items.

While Forever 21 has a great selection of plus sized clothing online, the local stores have yet to catch up. This location is one of the two in my area, and both do not carry plus sizes. My experience with Forever 21 is buying clothing and items online, and then deciding what I would like to keep, then returning at this or the Hayward location. Not the most convenient experience, especially with the annoying parking situation at Bay street.
The pictures online do not always depict the actual material and quality of the clothing. This puts us plus sizes in the predicament of having to wait until the items are delivered, try them on and hope we like them, and then have to return at the most convenient time and location. For me, from now on, that will be Hayward. Despite Bay street being a nice and well-​kept location, the parking situation is a bit much. I don’t want to pay for parking if I’m only going to be a few minutes to return something. I guess what I am saying is that plus sizes need to be entered into the store to make it fair and more convenient.

Don’t even waist your time to check here! Doesn’t look like «forver21» at all ! Im living near el sobrante and I rather to go all the way to san rAfael for «forever21».

Today I practically ran into the store needing something really specific for an event the following morning. I decided the best thing to do (since it was almost closing) was to ask an associate for help in finding some pieces that would be appropriate. I honestly didn’t know if it would even be okay to ask as there are different items all over the store, and it would be time consuming, but Tiana was the SWEETEST associate ever and immediately took me around to all the racks, trying to find me things that might work.
She saw I was in a hurry and tried her best to sort though everything quickly, yet thoroughly. In the end she found me something that was perfect and I left the store feeling super relieved and so grateful for such kind-​hearted people like her.

Just now leaving, I don’t know what’s going on today, maybe there’s love in the air. But everyone is so darn nice. The woman who checked me out, ASHLEY, was extremely nice and patient. Making me shopping experience more than just pleasant.

I love this forever 21 simply because it’s the closest to me. I can rarely find shoes in my size here, which really sucks. I can rarely find exactly what it is I’m looking for half the time, but I always leave out of there confident in what I buy. I always stock up on leggings and camies when I visit which is way more than my check in count.

This particular location is either a hit or miss, either you will find something or you won’t. The store is smaller than most locations but with a decent variety. As per usual, the store is always messy, clothes on the floor, missed places, shoes and accessories everywhere. They have a tiny section for clearance items which isn’t so great when they have the «buy one get one» event going on.
The staff here isn’t so helpful here either. It is a mixture of people who have experience in retail, who are arrogant and think they are working at Bloomingdales or people with no retail experience at all. You wonder what these people do all day since most forever 21 locations are always a mess. The overall location is great because there are plenty of other stores near by which is always great for variety. Overall need to improve with the customer service please and store organization!

Hate this forever 21!
Even though this f21 is huge and clean every rack has a billion hangers on it. How am I suppose to browse through that?!!
If I can’t look through what is hanging on the rack then why even bother. Sadly F21 usually has this problem. Shop online ladies. It will save you a headache.

I don’t really care too much for this forever 21 location. Things are organized, but it’s all clustered together which doesn’t translate over well when trying to navigate throughout the store.
The pickings are slim and everything usually looks the same. It seems that if there’s a theme being promoted, it’s ALL over the store.
This store is a one level store, many of the newer F21 stores have two levels.
Nothing here to write home about, I would just skip it all together and go down to H&M, to be honest.

The forever 21 is much cleaner has so much space to move around and the employees are 100x more helpful and accommodating that any other forever I have been to! Kudos to the Forever 21 at Emeryville!

When I went into this forever, it looked very clean and organized. My sister had told me it was new! And Unilocal confirmed that! There was a huge selection and was bigger than most forevers I’ve been to. I love the location of this store! :)
