Description

Specialties

Paulding & Company brings people together in gastronomic celebration. Be it corporate team building, cooking classes or in-house catered events– everyone who comes into our kitchen learns, cooks and eats well.

Our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen was built to accommodate groups up to 150, with space for meetings and dining as well as food preparation. We were the home-kitchen to Top Chef, Season 1, and we taught the Pixar animators how to cook for the making of Ratatouille.

Owned by chef and educator, Terry Paulding, whose passion for food has motivated her and inspired those around her for decades.

Meet the Business Owner

Terry P.

Business Owner

Terry Paulding, Paulding & Company founder, began working in the restaurant industry as a teen. Starting out as assistant to chef Alice Brock of Alice’s Restaurant in Stockbridge, Massachusetts — the restaurant featured in the Arthur Penn movie of that name — she remained in the business for many years. Terry retired from active kitchen duty and turned to teaching as she raised her family, and in 1993, returned to school at the California Culinary Academy. Combining teaching and catering allows Terry to share her love of good food and her creativity in the kitchen with her students, her corporate team building clients, and her many catering clients.
