All Storage – Encinitas

The building and grounds are always really clean and the customer service is always so friendly and great!

I had a great experience with All Storage of Encinitas. After a three day trek across the country with a temperamental UHaul trailer I was pretty much over it. Not only were they able to quickly give me the unit I needed on the day I walked in without an appointment, but the customer service from both Sonya and Manny was paramount. The best part– they took care of returning my trailer to UHaul for me, something that I know they don’t normally do but were kind enough to volunteer for after seeing how tired and frustrated I had been over my move. So nice, so convenient, so happy I came to them. Thank you, Manny and Sonya!

A friendly neighborhood Storage facility. I’m biased because I’m the manager, but we have the best access hours in the area, 6am to 9pm! I love our customers! We have great specials too!

All storage is the best around Encinitas! I did my research on space size, Hours of operation, Price comparison, & they win. Such a super friendly and professional staff working on property. Rita is a total sweetheart and always goes out of her way to help or answer all my questions. George is as cool as they come and has been with the company forever. Sonya was really nice as well. I highly recommend you go here to rent space. Plus they just remodeled everything and its super clean!

All Storage is the best!!! I run a small business out of my my storage unit, and Rita and George are instrumental in my business’ success. They receive shipments and arrange for them to be placed in my unit, even when I am unavailable or traveling. They also facilitate pick-​ups from my unit, making my job of fulfilling orders so much easier. The are also warm, friendly, and helpful. True professionals!

This place has been amazing to us! My company has been with them for almost 2 years and from start to finish they have been so accommodating! Rita Nelson is such a pleasure to work with. She always has a smile on her face and helps us with everything. Thier rates are awesome! Their hours of operation are the best in town 6am to 9pm. George is the man holds down the fort! Their beach location and ‘free moving truck’ offer enticed me to them. When I arrived on moving day at All Storage in Encinitas, I was smoothly enticed in w greetings of cookies and tea, then paperwork and swiftly led to my unit. The improvements and change in management has given this place a whole new look and efficiency.
I really liked the free moving truck convenience that All Storage provided. I told them I was grateful they offered that. I gave them my reservation # for a moving truck rental pick up that day & away I went to do one of the most frustrating things one can do… move!

I have been using 2 storage units at this location since August of 2013 and just recently went down to one unit a couple months ago. I think the managers are very polite and the other man that works in the office is as well. I have not had any problems and the location is perfect!

This place is great and the customer service is even better. I recently had my stuff moved by a moving company to this location and I had an issue with the driver. Clark and Viki helped out in every way possible by directing traffic for the driver and helping out to get the driver unstuck. They really went above beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend «All Storage of Encinitas» for any and all storage needs!

The security system here is awful! Someone broke into my unit and they 1) Didn’t follow up on the alarm, 2) Were unable to supply the police with any video footage– although there are cameras all over the place and 3) After the fact, they told me I had been using a substandard type of lock. Apparently their lock requirements were upgraded yet they failed to tell any of the renters! No apologies, nothing!
DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE, YOU’LL BE SORRY!

At first this place was great. They had a first month $ 1 special where they also give you a truck to move your stuff for free (you pay gas). Rhonda and her husband were super nice and friendly and everything was perfect… UNTIL it was time to pay the first months rent.
You can pay rent online which is nice, however when the wife went to pay, there was an error. She called and Rhonda’s husband answered accusing that there had to be something wrong with the card, because it couldn’t possibly be a problem on their end. So the bank was called and turns out there wasn’t anything wrong with the card (DUH) and it was their crappy ass computer system. A pending charge was on the bank account so we thought everything was fine… well it wasn’t because the charge never went through so the wife had to go there to pay in person. They were beyond rude when she went to pay. They lure you in with their deals, then treat you like shit after you’re there. I’m glad out stuff is only going to be here for 3 months. It’s a rip off to pay $ 136/​mo for a 10×10 unit that is upstairs, you have to use a crappy ass lift to get your stuff up there, AND deal with the assholes at the front desk. No thanks.
