Mark Luciani is licensed by the California Depart of Real Estate ID#1 142 290, and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, ID#101 971. He has been active in the Mortgage Industry since 1989 and has helped thousands of families refinance or purchase a new home over the last 22 years. After gaining the experience for managing high volume branches for other mortgage banks and brokers, Mark founded America One Mortgage Group in 2000. He’s overseen thousands of loan closings and has managed and trained hundreds of loan originators and employees in his 22 years in the industry.

Mark Luciani is the best around. I am not easy to work with, and he had the patience and explained everything to me. They are very fair, have great rates, and take care of you. My emails were always answered and my phone calls were always answered as well. I will definitely use them again on my next home loan, and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a loan. I’ve worked with America One twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. I refi’ed my condo late in 2012, and just purchased a home in November 2013. Their rates are extremely competitive, if not the best in the market. What sets them apart is their attention to detail, promptness, and stand out communication. Closing escrow and getting a loan funded in 30 days is a tedious effort, but Mark, Chandra and the rest of the America One team really made everything simple. With other companies, I’ve found I had to call them or chase after them for updates. I had multiple updates each day and knew exactly what I had to do each step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid mortgage broker/​lender.
