My kids phone got water damage and Aplus not only repaired it beautifully, but the service was excellent and the technician was super skilled.
They were able to completely repair the phone within 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable!
I will only go here if I ever need assistance with an iPhone repair.

Great place to get your cracked screen fixed. In and out in less than an hour — just walked around the corner for coffee and it was done!

I brought in my Macbook Pro in to be repaired after being told from the Apple Genius bar that there was nothing to be done and I should just get a new one.
Laptop problem: One of the memory slots was totally dead and not repairable, and would need need the entire logic board to be replaced. So just get a new macbook pro for $$$$$
Question posed to Aplus: Can you get this sucker working (with the ability to run full design software) off one memory card spot if we install a higher RAM + upgrade to a SSHD?

This place is AMAZING! I had searched on the internet for a camera repair place and APLUS came up in Unilocal and I saw they did phone repairs. I took my camera in. The LCD screen was separating and hard to look through. They took one look at it and said «Sure, we can help you» So instead of having to either send it to Texas for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, or buy a new camera (it is only 2 years old) he ordered the part and now my camera is like brand new. THEY ARE AWESOME! Give them a call for your needs!

2 years after my first visit to Aplus I had updated to a newer iPhone. Clumsy me, I answered my phone during dinner and it slipped like butter out of my hand into my spaghetti :(After dinner, I realized that I couldn’t hear the person on the other end of my next incoming call. My 9 year old nephew thought he was helping when he tried to clean the sauce out of the headphone jack with his own earphones. I turned off my phone and waited until morning to see if it would work … and it didn’t. I knew my next step immediately! A short drive to Encinitas from Pacific Beach was the best Saturday! I was so lucky. Jerry opened my phone, cleaned the jack, and I was back in business. Aplus Electronics will always be the first place I take my iPhone and iPod to be fixed. these guys are freaking awesome! I had them install the data doubler kit on my macmini and 2 new hard drives. The job was done while i walked around and grabbed lunch. They fixed a Macbook Pro keyboard for me too. Both times the job was done right.

Always bring my broken iPhones into this store, they are a little pricey but most of the time can get the job done.

We recently took our computer to this place to have it fixed. There was a mishap and the owner totally fixed it with the out most best customer service ever. It was one of the only locations that would fix my computer within a few days. Since i was flying out in 5. Really recommend to any!

Any iPhone or other Apple product issues you have these guys can fix it and service is the best around.
My second visit and the service was quick, professional and less than the quoted price on the phone. iPhone 5s back replacement and they checked other components. Turned out my poor battery performance was due to a faulty battery and they gave my wifi a tune up. Bottom line twice the service for less than I expected to pay.
APlus, I’m a big fan and will continue to come as long as I own an Apple product.

This place is how every small independent business needs to operate with respect, professionalism, and of course great service.
I have been here many times; my most recent visit due to my iPhone 5-​screen cracked/​broke and had to have a minor face-​lift done to it. I came without an appointment on Monday morning when they first opened at 10:00am. Jerry said it would take about 30 minutes for «the operation» to be completed. Fine, I said and went and ate breakfast at a local restaurant and I returned after 35 minutes.
When, I got there they had my «baby opened up» so that I could see she had developed a near heart attack: «Swollen Battery» Of course, I said go ahead a give her new heart.
I waited in the patient room for 5 minutes and the surgery was completed with a total cost of $ 99 for the face-​lift and $ 25 for the new heart. I got my girl a «new crib» (domicile/​home) to rest her while we travel so the sun won’t bother her skin as much and we can reduce the emergency surgeries in the future.
Thanks Doc, I got my girl back!

I’ve gotten told the importance of getting AppleCare o phone insurance before, but sit down and look at what you’re paying for. It’s like a $ 150 deductible, plus the cost of the insurance. Meanwhile, places like Aplus Electronics are out there who can replace your entire cracked screen for $ 99 or so. Your battery is starting get crappy and run down all the time? Just pay $ 40 – 50 to get a brand new battery put in. These parts are cheaper than what the insurance would cost you. And you’re short on time? Aplus turned around a screen for me in less than an hour. Just enough time to rack up a few beers towards my 80 beers in 80 days at Encinitas Ale House. Perfect!

Aplus is the most legit place I know of that fixes electronics. I’ve lived in many different states and have never met a more honest and efficient group of people. They always tell you upfront how much things will cost. I’ve had many things finished within an hour or two even despite them being super busy.
–My wife cracked her iPhone… they fixed it same day at over half the cost Apple wanted to charge us.
–Our daughter dropped our iPad and shattered the glass… again, Aplus fixed it same day at over half the cost
–My Macbook got soaked from a spilled glass of water. I didn’t know any better so I tried to turn it on and fried the circuits. (before you ask, yes I put it in rice… didn’t work) I took it to Aplus, they told me the price ahead of time, I came back the next day and they said they did everything they could without completely replacing the inside which would cost more than it was worth… they charged me nothing! That’s their policy, if they can’t fix it, no charge. I can’t count how many times companies haven’t been able to fix something and they still charged me for their time. Aplus is above that. They’re super honest and friendly.
From writing this review I’ve realized two things: 1. I need to take better care of my electronics cause I’ve been to Aplus way too many times, and 2. Aplus deserves more than 5 stars. If people complain that their prices are too high, try taking your phone or computer to an Apple store and have them do the same service, then you’ll know what high is. If it’s $ 15 for you to buy some parts on eBay and fix your phone yourself, go do it and don’t complain. I’m sure you’ll be crawling back to Aplus after your shabby home attempt fails to work in the long run.

These guys/​gals are awesome!
They replaced my HP laptop keyboard. Pricing was almost half of what I was quoted at another electronics store. They ordered the part, let me keep my laptop the few days it took to ship. When I brought it back in to get installed, Jerry took care of it right then and there! No need to come back and pick up the next day. Love that!
As a side note, I tend to get a little intimidated with techies. I felt totally comfortable asking all my stupid questions that a borderline technophobe can have. Their advice and knowledge is extremely helpful, and they are as real, honest and down to earth as they come!

Wow this place has alot of great reviews and mine is no different. We don’t have IPhones but we do have IPods and an IPad and both have needed servicing and Aplus took care of it efficiently and inexpensively each time.
The techs are personable and you feel confident from the moment you meet with them.
They also know a thing or two about PCs although I’m not sure if they actually fix them or not.

What a nice find! I was having a problem with my Nexus 5 phone (SIM card was jammed into the slot and wouldn’t come out).
TJ explained that they didn’t work on the Nexus, because they don’t have the parts, but he took a look at my phone anyway. He managed to get the SIM card out, diagnosed a missing/​broken spring, and got my phone working.
And he didn’t even charge me. I will definitely bring any of my other devices here if I need a repair. What a great place.

Aplus makes it as easy as it could be.
I am so terrible with technology, I have been in Aplus about 3 times now for the same phone. I have cracked the screen twice and cracked the camera lens once. Each visit was remarkably fast, or I timed it just right, walked in and less than 20 out the door with my phone fixed!
