Kim is wonderful. To clarify, this is not your typical chiropractic adjustment. The ABC technique is unique and very effective in my opinion. I have seen her for a few months and I have much less pain and have made significant improvements in my daily habits and my biomechanics. I am very grateful that I came across Kim and the ABC method. She is very accommodating with scheduling and a pleasant person to work with. When I leave my sessions I am able to breath deeper and stand taller. I would recommend her to anyone seeking pain relief or postural improvement.

My husband had years of back pain and was eliminating many activities due to this pain. He was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease. He’s been seeing Kim weekly now for about a year and he is back doing most of the things he loves. Kim’s techniques r completely different than any other treament he tried. He showed improvement quickly and now continues on a maintenance program. Kim personally is very educated in her field and is completely invested in providing results for her clients.

Kim has done amazing things in the short weeks I have been seeing her. I went in originally for neck pain that was not improved by physical therapy. After just a few visits my posture was shockingly different and my neck pain was gone. Keep in mind that this isn’t a quick fix and I have committed to 3 months of treatments to work through all of my other injuries and ailments. But she gave me simple lifestyle changes to implement that would help me maintain these improvements long-​term.

Dr. Kim Koch saw my brother in law, who was travelling w my sister and family. He put his back out somehow while on the road. In Canada, he has seen many chiropractic professionals and has settled on the practice of ABC Chiropractic Medicine — which stands for Advanced Bio Structural Correction. It is a unique form of Chiropractic Medicine, which he has found really works. It was an EMERGENCY. I called Dr. Koch’s office at 7am — got a call back at 8am and she squeezed them in that morning — they were headed to the airport.
I had gotten a good feeling from Dr. Koch, which my Brother in Law confirmed. He is 6’4″, which I meant to mention to her, though he said that Dr. Koch is very strong and was able to move his body in ways his own male doctor in the Toronto area was unable to do…
