Although his East Coast roots make him seem rude to us Californians, this is one awesome guy. His business is wholesale, there isn’t even a sign on the building. Most of his clients are casinos and other large scale operations, but if you give him a chance, he will bend over backwards to help a small business. We are using his cheesecakes to cater a wedding and he even made a special small one for the bride and groom. He uses the very best ingredients he can buy, vanilla, chocolate, etc. I know, because I’ve seen them in his kitchen. I will give him my business every chance I get, because his products, mostly cheesecakes, are absolutely amazing!

The owner of this place has to be about one of the biggest jerks. I am a local who lives around the corner and when I asked if they did birthday cakes he replied very rudely that they are not a retail operation, which is fine, then literally closed the door on my face as I stood there with my 2 year old daughter. Not a good way to treat A) your neighbors, B) a potential (large) wholesale customer given the business I am in. What a jerk! I’m feeling a bit vengeful… maybe the health dept. needs to pay this sucker a visit. ZERO stars is more like it here.
