Gluten-​free is not going away. There has been a steady increase in the number of people diagnosed with Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity, and these numbers are only expected to rise.

Getting a diagnosis can be overwhelming when you are told to strictly avoid gluten. We can help!

Business Owner

Founder Heather Creighton was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2011 and is passionate about educating those who must eat gluten-​free, as well as the food service industry, on the disease & safe food preparation.

As a former Biology teacher with an M.Ed., she understands the science as well as the training needed to prepare & serve GF food.
