Founder Heather Creighton was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2011 and is passionate about educating those who must eat gluten-free, as well as the food service industry, on the disease & safe food preparation.
As a former Biology teacher with an M.Ed., she understands the science as well as the training needed to prepare & serve GF food.
