I (Carlos Chong DDS) graduated in 1986 at the University of Honduras, later I had an Intership in Oral Surgery At University of Puerto Rico and Have been practicing in California since 1995. Over the years I have been member of several Organizations like the ADA, CDA, SDDS and also assisted to several trainning courses in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants and Laser dentistry.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area. Did a little homework to see what the ratings had to offer for direction. Ended up here. What a mistake! I experienced nothing what the previous ratings represent here. Makes you wanna go Hmmmm… Gave one star for location. I’ve moved on.

If you want a great dentist, this is your guy. I have had a history of bad teeth my entire life and have had several dentists. Because of my bad teeth, I was always fearful of my appointments until I started going to Dr. Chong. Both my husband and I have been going to him for the past 19 years and I hope he never retires! The shots were always very painful and stressful for me, but Dr. Chong is the best at giving shots. He always gives us the best advise on what should be done and cares greatly for his patients. He is honest and does not perform procedures that are not required. It is awesome to have a great dentist that you can trust. Besides all of this, he is a super nice person and has a great staff. Once you go to Dr. Chong, you will never want to go to anyone else.

Nice staff, solid service at a fair price. Dr. Chong and his staff were both professional and friendly. I recieved full x rays, consult and cleaning for great deal. I lucked out and found Dr. Chong on Google and I’ll be back in 6 months for my next check up sure…

Awesome dentist and staff! Everyone’s very friendly. Took them up on the new patient deal here on Unilocal and have also taken my kids here. I recently needed a molar pulled and Dr. Chong took it out very smoothly. Dr. Chong actually has the steadiest hands I’ve ever had in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I have gone to Dr. Chong a few times for cleaning and he has also worked on a few of my cavities. I started going to Dr. Chong because the location is convenient (in the same shopping center as my work) and many of my co-​workers and customers have also had positive experiences there. His prices are good and his office is professional and clean.

My two kids and I have been going to Dr. Chong for many years. I have dental insurance so I can’t comment on costs, but we think he and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He will see patients on Saturdays which is a huge help if you have kids in school. His receptionist, Maggie, is a real sweetheart, they play good music (both American and Mexican), and they get you in and out in a timely manner. Fun fact — Dr. Chong is from Honduras and his grandfather was Chinese!
