Coast Law Group LLP was founded on the principle that the business and environmental communities deserve attorneys who are aggressive and professional, while also committed to values of integrity and justice. In July of 2009, Coast Law Group opened the doors on its new facility strategically located on South Coast Highway 101 in downtown Encinitas. The short walk to the surf at Swami’s, along with the vibrant downtown surroundings and access to mass transit perfectly complement the spirit and vision of the firm. With a cadre of incredibly talented attorneys and support staff, CLG’s reputation for first-​rate and personable legal representation continues to grow.

Manager

Seyamack Kouretchian is a Managing Partner of Coast Law Group, LLP, where he chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property and Online Marketing & Computer Law practice groups, and co-​chairs the firm’s Action Sports, Business and Corporate practice groups. Mr. Kouretchian provides counsel and strategic advice to action sports, technology, media, apparel, manufacturing, and service-​oriented businesses, entrepreneurs and executives, as well as high net worth individuals, in the areas of intellectual property enforcement and protection, corporate formation and governance, finance, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Kouretchian regularly lectures attorneys, law students, and industry people alike about Internet law, intellectual property (trademarks and copyrights), licensing, and corporate governance. His articles and interviews regarding the legal implications of doing business online also regularly appear in publications around the world.
