Color Solutions is a premier mobile auto reconditioning company, specializing in minor cosmetic (low speed) auto body repairs with a primary focus on bumper damage and panel scratches. We have a very simple, streamlined paint-​matching system that produces a superior finished product for half the price and time of traditional body shops. Our professionally-​trained, expert technicians use only the best products available on the market today including ProSpray’s new water-​base paint system.

History

Established in 2005.

After six, stress-​filled years working behind a desk in the banking industry, I decided it was time for a change. A good friend, who had been working in the auto reconditioning field for some time, convinced me to look into it. I didn’t know that mobile bumper even existed prior to hearing about it from him but I was intrigued by the concept. I started riding along with him and under his guidance, I discovered that not only did I love the work but I was also pretty good at it. Ever since then, I have been honing my skills and building the business, one client at a time.

Hello, my name is John Haynes, Owner of Color Solutions. I love what I do because it’s fun and I save people a ton of time AND money. It’s a great business and I would be happy to serve you.

Someone once told me that the customer is not always right but the customer is always the customer. Serving my people is one of my top priorities. Most of my business is by referral and my philosophy is that my clients (you) are my sales force. The growth (or lack thereof) of my business depends on how satisfied you are with my service. My wife and I both had scrapes on our cars from our garage. We couldn’t stand looking at those scratches so we had to get them fixed fast. We scrambled and researched auto body paint places and the estimates were very expensive. Then I stumbled upon John. He was very accommodating and was able to make an early morning appointment at our home while being a fraction of the price of an auto body or paint place. When he showed up he was very professional, prompt, and educated me on the process as he went along. I couldn’t believe how he was able to take these scratches and make it look like new. He matched the paint on both of our cars perfectly! Very thorough and efficient! If you have scrapes, dings or whatever, he will make it look like new! Thank you John!

I backed out of my garage a little too quickly, bumped into the garage door and scratched up the back of my Lexus SUV. Pretty minor scratches and one minor dent, but something I wanted to get fixed.
I knew going to an auto body shop was going to be expensive and time consuming. So I went onto a local business review provider and looked up «mobile bumper dings» and found nothing but rave reviews about Color Solutions. I called John, texted him some photos of my dings and he gave me a quote right there on the phone. The price was very reasonable and I’m sure much cheaper than an auto body shop. I setup an appointment right then and there.
John arrived on time and we chatted for a bit. Really nice guy and solid individual. He setup in my driveway and finished the job quickly. He did an outstanding job! The paint match was perfect and you’d never know there were previously scratches and dents. If you are at all worried about the quality of a mobile paint and repair service, you don’t need to be with Color Solutions!
I would highly recommend Color Solutions to anyone who is looking for a mobile paint and dent repair service. John was great and the price was so reasonable! Overall, an outstanding experience, can’t say enough good things!

John was so accommodating with a early morning repair. He was at our house at 7am because we had meetings to get to and needed the car repaired early. My vehicle was hit and run and the front fender was a mess I hated looking at it every time I got into the car.
It looks as good as new now as if it never happened. I couldn’t be happier with Johns work, customer service, and flexibility.

Color solutions worked for over 6 hours fixing several cosmetic issues with my dinged up BMW 5 series. He did a much better job than the dealership completely re-​sanding, painting and clear coating an entire door panel. The dealership took a stick of magic goo. The back bumper was in awful shape and again he carefully buffed it. Very convenient service as he comes to your house for the work. Just because it is mobile don’t underestimate the amount of equipment he has. Everything is on-​time and on budget and very professional. I will Be definitely using again.

John worked on my GTI in November ’14. I had some damage along the seam of my rear driver’s side quarter panel, above the wheel. John was extremely good in communicating his availability and his pricing. He clearly explained to me my options: repair one panel vs two panels. John worked on my car from 7am-​9am in order to fit into my work schedule, and the finished work looked fantastic. Great prices, great quality, and a great guy. I will undoubtedly be calling John the next time I need some bodywork, and you should too!

John Haynes did a great job on my escalade. Total repair of a number scrape that was being quote up to $ 1000 at other places. John didn’t blotch some color like white out on paper, he sanded down, retextured and blended the patch so that you would never know there was a repair. Price was reasonable at roughly $ 200. All finished in 2hrs in my driveway at home.

Amazing work! Someone put a huge dent in my front bumper — no note! John from Color Solutions fixed it PERFECTLY. Very responsive, excellent integrity and workmanship. 40 minutes later and the car looks GREAT. Very very reasonable pricing. I can’t give a better recommendation.

Something flew up on the freeway and tagged my passenger door leaving a solid black 5″ scrape along the door sill. I was on the fence on whether I could live with it or not and figured it wasn’t worth what I figured a body shop would quote. Since the car is still new to me and otherwise very clean, I looked around on Unilocal for other options and discovered Color Solutions. I emailed John a couple of photos and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He just finished and it looks like new in about two hours! Amazing!
John gave me an estimate on repairing a knick that was on the car when I bought it and had been touched up to what I’ll call the point of «somewhat tolerable». I had stopped into a body shop for an estimate and it was twice what John quoted and definitely not worth the expense. After seeing John’s work today I figure I can go ahead and fix the knick and not feel like I’m wasting more money than I should on one little knick.
In talking with him, the repair work he does is pretty extensive so he will be my first call for any other work. Usually auto body repair quotes are pretty ugly but with a service like this it is definitely do-​able to take care of any little scratches or imperfections with virtually no down time.

John is amazing. I backed out of a parking garage and hit the giant pole beside my parking stall. Scratched the pattern of that horrible pole over two or three panels of my minivan before I realized what was happening. Dented and scratched. Yay. Well, I called John and he spent the day tirelessly and diligently working out all the scratches, matching them perfectly. He covered and taped off the undamaged areas of my car to make sure no overspray damaged anything else. He saved me at least $ 1,000, I’m sure. If you have scratches and dents and need a fix, seriously, look no further than John at Color

I called John based on the Unilocal reviews I read. Wow, he did not disappoint! We called on Wednesday and he was out to do the work on Thursday. Came to the house. It doesn’t get more convenient than that. We have a Lexus RX in that pearly white color. I thought it would be really hard to fix without replacing the entire bumper, but John was able to do it. I went out to look at his work and I forgot which side had been damaged and I could seriously not tell. That’s how well it was done. I think his pricing was reasonable and he was very professional. I can without hesitation recommend his service. If ever I need this type of work done again, there’s no question who I will call. Thank you John.

I hit a rock and scratched and dented my front bumper. A friend referred me to John after I had been quoted $ 800 and $ 1000 at body shops. I called John and he was way less than half of the prices I had been quoted. My car looks like new. I was scheduled very quickly and fixed in a couple of hours. He was very professional and fixed my cloudy headlights as well. The quality is amazing.

I was so bummed when I discovered someone had hit my car in a parking lot and left w/​o a note. The scratches were deep and the paint was off along with a couple of
dents. I got an estimate at a body shop I had used before and the price was more than I was willing to pay and I would have to leave my car for three days! No thanks. I happened to see a mobile body repair truck and asked John, who is the owner of Color Solutions, for an on-​the-​spot estimate. His price was half of what the body shop would charge and he came to my home, did the repair in my garage, and did fantastic work in about 3.5 hours. The car looks beautiful again. I couldn’t be happier with the work that John Haynes did on a rental car that I scratched up. I didn’t want to turn it in to the rental company and have them charge me an obscene amount for the damage, so I called John and he came to the rescue!
John was very professional and was able to schedule my appointment very quickly after he assessed the damage. After about two hours of work, I could not tell where the scratches had been. His prices were also very reasonable. I’m sure I would have paid much, much more if I had taken it to a body shop and I probably wouldn’t have received such quick and friendly service.
