Mike Perrino, a resident of Encinitas, is the owner of Floor Store & Design Center, located in Encinitas Village Shopping Center. Imagine a floor buying experience with flair and a feeling of trust that’s established. We’re all about trying to build relationships. We’ve tried to create a unique shopping experience with a no pressure sales approach. Come see for yourself. There’s a bar with coffee, wine and even a big screen TV to keep the kids entertained while you shop. We have kept our overhead extremely low so we can be competitive with other larger flooring stores.

Business Owner

My family and I reside in Cardiff by the Sea. We are a family owned business. Rebecca and I are strong believers of community support. I’ve been in the flooring business for 15 years. Previously I was a hardwood/​laminate rep for 3 years. I moved to Las Vegas and had a flooring design center for 5 years. I decided San Diego had my heart and moved back in 2005. After the recession hit the work slowed. I became a real estate agent and started flipping houses which led me back to flooring. That’s when I decided to open Floor Store & Design Center.
