We have a genuine concern for your health and well-​being and we take pride in the excellence of our care. Our Wellness Center focuses on the whole person. Our other practitioners offer Homeopathic medicine and nutritional counseling, Massage, Energy healing and Integrative Psychology.

History

Established in 2000.

Through her skills developed in Physical therapy, exercise, massage, personal training, and chiropractic medicine, Dr. Gold has created an integrated approach to healing the body. Programs are highly individualized based on symptoms, history, and goals. With over 10 years of experience as a Chiropractor and over 18 years in the health field, Dr. Gold has treated Olympic and professional athletes, weekend warriors, as well as those those that suffer from chronic pain and injury.

Dr. Gold grew up in Encinitas in the 80’s enjoying the beauty of this beach community.

Upon graduation from Sonoma State University, Dr. Gold began to hone her manual therapy skills starting in massage school in 1995. While her exercise and personal training skills developed working in health clubs, Dr. Gold sought to gain clinical experience with muscle and joint problems. Dr. Gold began working as a licensed physical therapy assistant in 1997. Dr. Gold gained a variety of experiences in Exercise, Massage and Physical Therapy before starting her doctoral work in Chiropractic in 1999.
