I tried really hard to give this doctor the benefit of the doubt. I was refferred to her from my general practioner so I did not look up reviews as I trusted my Doctors referrals. I now regret that. I went in because I am trying to get pregnant and it was determined that I am not ovulating. We waited quite a while in a room at the office for her to finally come in and spend maybe 10 minutes discussing this complicated issue. She told me she would put me on medication that should start things back up again. The road map for this treatment is VERY precise and detailed and I was given very little information on what to do and when. In the month that I did this treatment, I had to call the Doctor 3 times with questions. Each time, I had to wait 48 hours for a response. When she finally did call on when I was supposed to start the second medication of this treatment, it was 4:30pm on the LAST day that I had to start it without waiting another month. There was never any follow-​up after my blood test results were received by her or my pap. The final time that I called her, I expressed my frustration and she got snappy with me and told me «Didn’t we discuss all of this at your appointment?!» Obviously not if I am calling, right? Any way, I do not reccomend her to anyone. The office staff was nice and accomodating but that doesn’t mean much when the Doctor isn’t. She had absolutely no passion in helping me get pregnant. For someone who is helping families grow, she has zero enthusiasm. I felt like just another number.

I am very pleased with Dr. Grauer, the office staff, and the medical
assistants. I was seen in both the Encinitas and Oceanside offices. I found Dr. Grauer to be very kind, warm, and caring. I needed an uncomfortable procedure done and she was patient and careful and talked me through it. I had in previous years visited the Oceanside office for Pap smears and had no problems. If there were issues during transition to Scripps they seem to be corrected now. I received care in March, 2016 and will continue to use Dr. Grauer and this office for all my future gynecological services.

I have been going to Dr. Grauer for 15 years and never had a problem. The Saxony office and staff have been terrific. I’d recommend Dr. Grauer for your GYN needs.

I love Dr. Grauer she’s great! Very personable, spends a lot of time with you she’s very patient and really takes care of her patients. She just performed surgery on me and I am so glad she was referred to me by my GP doctor. The office personal is very nice and wait time has been minimal. I am recommending her to my daughter so that should say a lot! I highly recommend her!

They lost my pap smear and tried to deny they did one. 4 weeks after my annual, I had an appointment for some follow up. I asked about my pap smear and they said let me check. They came back and said we have NO records, notes, lab slips, nothing that said you had it done. Worst part, they tried to tell me they didn’t do one. Excuse me, I think I would remember that. I understand that you wouldn’t remember doing one because you do them all day, but I definitely remember, very clearly, having a pap smear only 4 weeks ago. I would not trust Dr Grauer or office with my medical care. This is the first time I have ever done a review online, but I feel it was important enough for others to hear about my experience.

If I could give this horrible Doctor no stars, I would! They are the worst office as well. I waited over a hour to see Dr. Grauer only for her to see me for MAYBE 5 minutes. She was extremely unprofessional & handled my pregnancy in the worst possible way. I never returned and never will!

Vista Way OB-​GYN is now with Scripps OB-​GYN — The office staff is the worst. It takes better part of ½ hour on hold for them to answer the phone then you are placed on hold. They do not return calls. The staff is rude and inefficient. I have a possible cancer risk post surgery and they do not return my calls. Difficulty forwarding records. I still do not have pathology reports 4 weeks after testing. This office is dangerous to your health. Dr Nancy Grauer is tied to a terrible office.
