I specialize in a unique blend of hypnosis and «hypno-​coaching.» Each hypnosis session is recorded live for your reinforcement at home. This process supports your mind as it naturally builds positive patterns more effectively. It is likely to mean that you will require fewer sessions to enjoy improvement.

I have worked with hundreds of clients and have experience in a wide range of issues. Each client is unique and I spend the time with each individual to truly understand their needs and then create a session which meets those needs specifically.

I support my clients every step of the way as they make the healthy changes they desire; whether it is anxiety, insomnia, eliminating fears and phobias, freedom from addictions — most conditions may be improved with hypnosis!

History

Established in 2005.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from UC Berkeley, and have always been interested in how the mind works. In 1999 I became a client in a hypnosis center in Northern California, and was certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2001. I spent the next few years assisting the owner with large hypnosis centers in Sonoma and Orange Counties.

I have had my own private practice in North San Diego County since 2005, beginning in San Marcos. I now have my office in beautiful Encinitas.

In 2013, my daughter, Briana Springer, C.Ht., Certified Health Coach, opened a second office in San Diego. She specializes in HypnoBirthing.
