I came to Sher in February after moving to California. I was experiencing a shift in my life with relationships, a new job, a new home etc. I decided it was time to let go of some old patterns that were no longer serving me. I used to deal with a painful shyness that grew even more acute when I found myself in new unfamiliar surroundings. After a few months of visits, I find a big difference in how I feel. It didn’t come as a big light bulb moment, but rather, not being shy simply is my new normal. The hypnosis really is just a guided meditation that allows you to access deeper parts of your mind– you’ll never not be in control or not remember your session.

Briana is great, she has helped me tremendously dealing with my anxiety and low confidence. Through Briana’s hypnosis sessions she has set me on a path to reach my goals and become the ultimate person I want to be. The recording Briana provides help further with my development and I listen to it 3 times a week while relaxing during my lunch breaks at work and late at night at home, it is a great pick me up anytime of the day. I appreciate all Briana has done for me and I HIGHLY recommend Briana and her sessions to anyone who is looking to change their lives for the better through hypnosis.

I started seeing Briana about 6 weeks ago. I was nervous at first but now I am so so thankful I started this practice. I came to Briana for help in many different areas; stress management, patience (with my boyfriend), business, weight management and compartmentalizing. Each session we’ve worked on something different which I really like because I can focus on something new each time.
For the record the type of hypnosis that Briana uses is very mild and not anything weird or freaky (something I was nervous about in the beginning) haha!
As for the results: So Briana gives you a CD/​online version of your session each time which is seriously priceless, you can listen to it a million times! This is one of my favorite parts about the experience BESIDES the comfy chair, amazing oils, and the babbling brook. With this CD I am able to develop my practice everyday. I’ve noticed my fast paced nature has become more calm which has helped with efficiency in my business and my relationship with my boyfriend.
Seriously every time I leave one of my session the rest of the day I don’t have a worry in the world and for that alone I am hooked…

Briana is the second certified hypnotherapist I have been too. The first one I went to was decent but I didn’t get any results at all, partly because he was not able to put me in that hypnotic state. Now when I first met Briana, her warm welcome and the way her hypnotherapy room was arranged, instantly immersed me in a relaxed state of mind. The aromatherapy, water fountain feature, and lighting were extremely soothing. The actual session was incredible. She was able to put me in that hypnotic «zone» (even though I just consumed a good bit of caffeine beforehand) The bonus is that she made a recording of my hypno session which I really enjoy listening to before I go to sleep at night. Finally, and most importantly, I can honestly say that I have started to see positive results in an emotional issue that I have been battling since I was a pre-​teen which I thought I could never overcome!

Briana is amazing! If it wasn’t for the hypnosis CD she made me as part of our session, I would never sleep. I literally use the CD every night to fall asleep and stay asleep. The hypnosis session itself was so relaxing and has contributed to my near daily meditation routine. Briana starts out by asking what your goals are and is so attentive to everything you’re looking to achieve. I’ve tried hypnosis before but Briana stands out as the absolute best! I can’t wait to go back to Briana for hypno-​birthing sessions.

I feel that my session at Hypnosis From the Heart has made significant changes to my life. My sessions have already impacted my health and wellbeing.
