I have had terrible experience with receptionist here. I had to call 3 times to find out their office. I may have terrible nature GPS in me, but still receptionist was not kind enough to help customer.
Also receptionist Teresa was horrible.
She screened me to schedule to show my suspected cavity. It was odd. why receptionist screened customer?

This first review is to comment on how polite and efficient the receptionist was when I called to become a patient of Dr. Rhee. I was given ample time on my upcoming first visit with consideration of me explaining that I usually only need a cleaning, but it’s been a few years and yet I floss daily. I want a dentist that gets down to business.

I had not been to the dentist is at least 5+ years. After gently admonishing me for being so foolish (he knew that I’d had coverage) he proceeded to map out a plan to resolve the issues. This meant several visits to replace fillings, crown etc. His office was always quiet, pleasant. I only had to wait once. He was gentle, very efficient, and over the course of several visits, he warmed up and kidded me about playing Candy Crush while in the chair. I never experienced any pain with any of the procedures and he was always very gentle with exam, fitting of a crown, or obtaining the mould. Seriously, I would recommend Dr. Rhee without any reservation.

Had a really traumatic experience with this guy. It is immediately apparent when you have an appointment with him that speed is his number one priority. I actually had a small panic moment when he was about to drill my teeth because I felt so uncomfortable with him. He began the cavity filling appointment by without warning sticking his needle in my gums before I even sat down. This set the tone for the rest of the experience which was probably the worst I have ever had with any dentist.
The only reason I gave him two stars and not none is because he does a good job.
This guy is totally impersonal as are his hygienists. If you want to go to an unfeeling robot who doesn’t care about your comfort and will speed you through to the end, this is your man. Personally did not appreciate made to feel like an animal.
Also his receptionists are extremely rude.

I’ve just changed to Dr. Rhee for all my family dental needs. He is a caring dentist with a broad scope of services at a fair price. I’ve had periodontal problems for much of my adult life, so I am going to see him more frequently than I would like (4 times per year). Fortunately, he and his very pleasant staff make this a tolerable schedule. Parking can be a bit hectic, so I try to make my appointments early in the day.

Dr. Rhee is a skilled and honest dentist. He was very careful and thorough with his diagnosis and was able to identify a cavity another dentist missed. He is straightforward with his explanations and quick with his probing. He is also good with keeping the pain to a minimum. I’ve got terrible gums and am a seasoned dental patient. He’s one of the best I’ve had.
