Hands down, Jo is amazing. If you are interested in having a natural, drug-free birth, Jo’s Hypnobirthing classes are a must! She taught me how to relax, breathe, and gain the mental strength to have a natural birth! I took Jo’s series of Hypnobirthing classes for both my children’s births and what I learned was so helpful during my labor! Jo’s methods are so empowering. I also hired Jo as my doula for my second birth and she was a fantastic birth couch. She was such a source of calm strength and support through my labor and natural delivery! I couldn’t have done it without her! If we decide to have a third child I am definitely calling on Jo again.
