JPBLA, Inc., located in Encinitas, serves all of California and Arizona, and is committed to providing the finest in landscape architectural design, irrigation design, hardscape design, land planning, park planning, master planning, sustainable design, landscape renovation, fire-​wise landscape design, and water management consulting and landscape irrigation water conservation analysis. Projects include are custom residential, commercial, office, parks, schools, resorts, churches, auto dealerships, recycled water irrigation conversion and community home owners association landscape review.

History

Established in 1994.

JPBLA. was initially established in 1994 and incorporated in 2000. Mr. Benedetti, our principal in charge, graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1985 with a BS in Landscape Architecture. He has worked fro several diffident cities and design firms. We have a highly educated staff in the field of landscape architecture. All design employees have a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university.

JPBLA, Inc., Mr. Benedetti has been fortunate to be involved in a wide variety of projects from custom residential to major corporate headquarters. Mr. Benedetti has also provided landscape architecture services for several school projects. Most notably, Rancho Community Church and Schools, a 50 acre church school campus located in Temecula, CA, Oak Crest Middle School, Torrey Hills Shopping Center in San Diego, Creekside Marketplace in San Marcos, The Pavilion Shopping Center in La Quinta and Mombasa Plaza at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and several park projects located in Rancho Cucamonga.

Mr. Benedetti has also been responsible for project observation and construction administration, handling all aspects of irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, hardscape paving, etc.
