Melissa Monday, Ph.D. is co-​founder and one of the lead strategists at M.B. Strategic.

Before co-​founding M.B. Strategic, Melissa worked for several startup companies and recently migrated from the non-​profit sector where she was Director of Development for a women’s health organization. She led the development of an national online doctor locator application and she is a contributing author of the best selling book Emotional Intelligence 2.0.
