On a visit to Southern California in 2013 my husband and I fell in love with the active, easy lifestyle that Encinitas offers.

One of the things that I love about Encinitas is the true sense of community and the particular personality that that each neighborhood possesses. Real estate is a relationship business and that is one of the primary reasons I was drawn to it and continue to enjoy it. I pride myself in providing honest and astute insight to my clients; there are numerous ways to get a contract completed, but I help my clients see all the possibilities that exist within a home and give straightforward counsel so that they can make the best choice for themselves.

I would highly recomend Nancy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. We recently moved to Encinitas from Hawaii and we did all our business over the phone. We could not be happier with our new home that Nancy found for us. She made everything so easy was very knowledgable and helpful in every way in purchasing our new home. We feel very blessed and soooo grateful to have found her. Doing all of the transactions over the phone and via email was made quite easy due to her professionalism and integrity. I talked to several realators prior to Nancy and once they heard we were from out of state very few got back to us. Nancy went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with in purchasing a home. She deserves 10 stars not 5 !!!

Our new home was purchased with the help of Ms. Shwarz. Nancy asked us what we wanted in a home and in what area of Marin — and delivered! Ms Shwarz gave us a lead on the loan company we used and referrals to movers, as well as, flooring and tile services when asked. She offered a website for us to review houses on the market and promptly took us to those houses we wanted to see. The house we did purchase did not have an open house. Ms Shwarz found out when we could see the house and it is now our home. Ms Shwarz helped walk us through the mountain of paper at closing with help in explaining what it all meant. Her assistance was valuable in the process and we are grateful for her help finding our beautiful home!
